Our guests are treated to a beautiful and private, six-bedroom, four-bath estate surrounded by a walkable 600-acre nature preserve on park-like grounds in Southampton, the home of our featured vacation and tour experience where nature abounds. House is located steps to private lake lot with kayaks (500 feet). Pickleball court in private cul-de-sac. Net, racquets, balls and markers provided. Bike ride along scenic roadway to private bay sunsets. Only 4 miles from the world-class ocean beaches of Southampton. 2 miles to Southampton Village Main Street and minutes to Sag Harbor, Shelter Island, Bridge Hampton and the heart of Southampton night-life. Pool is naturally heated by warm weather during the peak summer season. Free tennis club access.

Private lake access with canoe on lake, pool, tennis club access, world-class golf and much more! Park-like grounds. Nature lovers PARADISE with miles of nature trails. Walk or bike to Scallop Pond. This hidden bay beach is a breathtaking site to behold with eagles nesting - like the Savannah in Africa - sweeping open meadows and pristine wildlife abounds.

For tours: Friday or Monday to start. (No Saturday or Sunday tour start dates available). 3 or 4 day tours check-in Friday or Monday is ok.

Safety: To all our friends and family, we take safety seriously, from fire extinguishers in main rooms to wired fire and CO alarms in or near every bedroom. We keep the driveway clear from street to house front door. Owner presence as your concierge ensures our guests arrive to a clean and beautiful environment every time. There is never overcrowding or events and your vacation will be a peaceful delight.

1st floor (ground level): Den, with sectional couch groups also has 3 bedrooms as:
Bedroom 1: 1 queen, 1 twin (2nd twin is optional) private full bath, all Spanish tile.
Bedroom 2: 2 twins, all Spanish tile.
Bedroom 3: 1 king and 1 twin with private full bath, all Spanish tile.

Main
floor (2nd floor) from gravel driveway, steps up to landing, a few more steps to front porch where main front door entrance hall opens to two bedrooms, bedroom 4 on left and bedroom 5 at right with cathedral living room at center,
kitchen, breakfast greenhouse, main full bathroom, dining room, and sliders to main deck with outdoor dining for 10, hot tub, additional seating, and 5 chaise loungers all on this main floor, same level. (From main deck,
steps down to pool with 10 additional loungers) has two bedrooms:
Bedroom 4: 1 queen, 1 Twin and TV
Bedroom 5: 1 queen, 1 twin and TV

3rd floor: Entire 3rd floor is 300 Sq. Ft master bedroom suite with private full bath with walk-in closet and private balcony with 2 chaise loungers overlooking main deck and pool on lower deck as:

Bedroom 6: 1 queen and 3 twins (22 foot long room by 15 feet) two of the twins can be pushed together to make a king

World-Class Ocean Beaches: 5 minutes door to beach. Walk, bike or canoe to stunningly beautiful, pristine lake and bay beaches.

Exclusively available by the month or week, shorter term is available with nature guide service. Check-in on Friday or Monday please. Tues-Fri or Tues-Sunday is ok too - no Saturday check in or checkout.

Got a place to stay in the area? Nature guide service is offered by the week or weekend. We include tours of various lakes and over 300 acres of protected wild lands, this is an ecological and educational experience not to be missed. Please call for details.

Please note: to respect the privacy of our neighbors we ask that outdoor areas including pool, hot tub and outdoor dining are enjoyable for your use through until 10:30 pm each evening. The private lake beach is directly accessible by canoe and kayak included on our private lake lot, or by walking, biking or driving to it. (One can also swim to a floating dock directly from our lake lot. Our lake lot includes a small dock, canoe and kayak). Maid service is included in the quote. Please note however that for large groups of guests, linen service requires 75% of maid's time. To offer the lowest rate possible, and help protect the environment, should you be invited as our guests, we offer linens on a very limited basis for international long-term guests only. To our friends and long-term consideration, all our bed sets come with pillows, mattress pads and blankets. For international friends of ours who are paying for nature guide service and are already established friends of ours, linen and other services available as extra service upon request when available. To maintain our 5-star cleanliness rating, toilet-trained pool-users only (ages 5 and up). Hot tub is for adults only over age 16. A kiddie pool can be set up upon request with one week notice.
