Designed with you in mind, our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom duplex is just what you need while passing through Concord. We are pet friendly but the backyard is not fenced in. Additional fees apply for pets.

Additional Details:
This is a two level home with both bedrooms on the second floor sharing one full bathroom. Bedroom 1 contains a smart tv; bedroom 2 contains a desk.

There is a railroad a few miles away and you will hear a horn in the distance just a few times per day

Dogs are permitted with some restrictions. Please message us with the breed and weight of your pet. A $90 pet fee applies. Two dogs max.

Hot Tub: This is an inflatable tub with comfortable seating for 2. Temps are set to 102 degrees. When operating the air jet feature, temps will begin to drop within 15-20 minutes.
The hot tub is available through the month of June.

Great m, safe “working class” neighborhood with a food hall and two breweries right around the corner. Very responsive host.

Clean property!

The place was very clean and thought out. The spa was a great touch. Great communication with the owner. It is a duplex but noise next door was not too bad. As a note there are several Ring cams and gadgets around and we felt a bit monitored. On the whole it was a solid place to stay for a stopover or to visit.
