No parking on the front lawn. Parking in driveway only. No leaving trash along the side of the trash can. If it does not fit in the trash bin with the lid closed, you must remove your own trash.
No removing hand soap dispensers, or salt and pepper shakers without replacing. No RV parking without extra charge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We left our pet at home and would like a refund. The internet was not available until Saturday afternoon. The house was not clean and had many needed repairs, see the photos. We will not stay in this Vrbo in the future.

Living room window wouldn't lock, missing bracket. Back bedroom window was unlocked. That room had neither curtains nor blinds. Kitchen window appeared to have broken latch, too. Key was in front door. House smelled like mildew. House was not as described. Premier Host was unprofessional and unreasonable. Have numerous pictures and correspondence with host. Requested refund. VRBO and Host denied. Had to find other accommodations.
