Great location. Place was clean and neatly arranged, 4 bedrooms for 4 people, only "critique" would be that showers are a bit small / cramped and the matresses are more firm than either of us would have liked, but those are also personal preferences. Communication with the host was fantastic and without delays, and the price was spot on vs renting 4 hotel rooms. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you all!
First, we arrived at check in time (4 PM) but had to wait over 30 minutes because the cleaning staff (woman with her small dog) were still cleaning the property. That was very inconvenient considering we had been driving for 7 hours. The cleanliness was great, and the accommodations were wonderful. The Kitchen is well equipped, although an ice maker would have been nice. The listing said there was a Keurig as well as a coffee maker, but the Keurig was nowhere to be found. My grandchildren were pleased with the selection of toys and the teepee tent. As a suggestion, each bedroom should be equipped with a television, and the televisions need to have antennas, in order to receive local TV and news/weather. Overall it was a very nice stay and everyone felt comfortable. I am a veteran of many VRBO stays and would like to suggest a binder with all pertinent information (Wifi info, rules, check out info...maybe local dining places) I had top keep referring to my Email for information, and the check out instructions were a bit vague, so I had to Email the host) A binder is pretty standard, as well as having the beds stripped and the linens and towels placed in front of the laundry machines. (prevents cleaning staff from cutting corners and remaking the beds rather than washing the linens). Ample parking was very nice since the neighborhood has many cars parked on the street (graduation weekend). The location was very convenient to the University Campus.

About the host
Hosted by Andrea Douglass
I am a pharmacist at Duke Hospital who stumbled into the world of property management and real estate. It all began when I started renting out my personal properties as short-term rentals. I quickly fell in love with managing properties and interacting with guests, which led me to obtain my real estate license. As my passion for this field grew, I expanded my services to manage other people's properties as well. The business became so busy that I had to reduce my hours at Duke Hospital to dedicate more time to it. I am deeply passionate about traveling and exploring different properties and areas, which fuels my love for this profession even more. I am dedicated to providing exceptional service to both property owners and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all involved.
