My wife is from Germany. We have lived all over the world. We've been married 56 years and we have since retired and settled down in Palm Springs. We live in a beautiful, spacious 3-bedroom home, a place we've called home for two decades since buying it.

In December of 2023, we embraced a new adventure by acquiring the condo directly next door to our home. This has been our long-cherished dream: to own and rent it out while reserving its welcoming doors for guests, friends, and family.

We've always been enchanted by the Deepwell area's delightful blend of seclusion and convenience. Tucked away in its own quiet corner, it's still just a stone's throw from bustling shops and restaurants, and a leisurely stroll can quickly take us into the vibrant heart of downtown Palm Springs.
