Great location and well furnished condo. Large TV, good beds, and a Kerrigan coffee maker, what more could you need! Pool and hot tub also excellent!

Perfect Palm Springs location!

You can't ask for a better location to everything around Palm Springs. Very walkable to downtown. Listing is accurate, owner communicated well and was quick to respond to any questions. Neighbors very friendly.

Fabulous townhouse

We loved our stay at this beautiful townhouse. There are two spacious bedrooms (with comfy beds) each with an ensuite bathroom, there's also a half bathroom on the main floor, a kitchen well-stocked with dishes, cleaning products and more, a large living room, a dining area and deck space front and back. It's in a terrific neighbourhood just blocks from Palm Canyon drive. It was perfect. Thank you!

Great, but shortened stay!

My husband and I loved the condo, both it's location and vibe. It was great to walk downtown without having to get in our car. The decorating of the condo has been updated since the pictures were taken and we really thought it had a nice mid-century feel. Bryan was very responsive and helpful. Because of the covid 19 crisis we headed back home early and had to leave our beloved Palm Springs. We'll be back to Bryan's condo next year!

Perfect Location

This condo is in a great location. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, and shops. Mountain views out the back door. Very cute unit and steps to the pool. Spacious and clean and modern furniture. Tennis courts two blocks away. The owner would answer questions immediately. The only thing that didn't cooperate was the weather, clear and hot. Next time I'll plan my trip in the fall or winter months. I would recommend the condo to others and will book again.

A Great Spot

The owner was very accomodating and helpful . The unit was nicely furnished and well equiped. The location in palm springs was superb and centrally located, a short walk to downtown. The area was quiet. I would recommend this condo to others and would book it again myself in the future

Comfortable and Convenient

Spacious and clean property, very well maintained, it was everything we could have hoped for. The convenience of being only 3 blocks from the best part of downtown cannot be over-emphasized. Many days, we did not move the car at all. Yet, despite the close proximity to the action, the complex was quiet and secure. Would definitely consider staying here again if we decide to return to Palm Springs.

Quiet, well equipped unit, steps to the heart of Palm Springs

We enjoyed our month stay in Jan 2014. The unit is very spacious and is fully equipped with everything you need to make it a home away from home. The decor has been updated very nicely and was very clean. A small complex a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants in the centre of Palm Springs, it is very quiet but close to the Art Museum, night market, casino, etc. You need a car for grocery shopping or going further afield. There is a east facing patio for morning coffee or shade in the afternoon, and a west facing patio off the dining area where you can lounge in the afternoon in the sun and BBQ. The pool is steps away and is heated and there is a jacuzzi too. The landlord is easy to talk to and is keen to help with any questions you have.
