IMPORTANT NOTE: The Beachside Two pool is closed for renovations, with an anticipated completion date of August 2025. Some construction noise may be audible. Guests will enjoy access to the Phil Hummel and Linkside pools on the north side of the resort. A construction discount is included in the online quote.

This unit has floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides and the views are spectacular! This condo is one of the largest one bedroom layouts in the building, and sits at the perfect vantage point for keeping an eye on the kids at the pool, watching/listening to the band at Elephant Walk, or enjoying the amazing sunsets over the gulf. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with sleek, granite countertops and new appliances -you will have everything you need to feel right at home. The breakfast bar with two barstools is perfect for grabbing a quick bite on the way to a sun-filled day. Your dining room table comfortably seats six with up to four extra chairs available! The cozy living room boasts a new flat screen TV (2013) and unforgettable views. The master bedroom also has floor-to-ceiling windows and a luxurious king-size bed. The sofa sleeper in the living area allow this unit to comfortably sleep four. A washer and dryer are available in the condo for your use. We provide your basic bed and bath linens, but remember to bring your beach towels from home! Relax and play in the seasonally heated, saltwater pool or burn off some stress in the second floor fitness center. Grill burgers on the poolside grills or fill up your cooler with the huge ice machine located on the first floor. We also have a great gulf front sun deck for some much-needed quiet time. The parking deck and beach access are securely gated for a comfort of mind. From leisurely strolls to adventurous bike rides, the whole family is bound to have fun on the trails throughout the resort. We cannot wait to see you!
