A wonderful week at the beach!

I love staying at The Beach House! It has easy access to the beach, and the beach isn’t crowded. Our condo was decorated very nice! The only thing I would change is that we could have used at least one more hand towel and a few more was cloths. ( There was only one hand towel and there were four people using two bathrooms.) Other than that it was great!

Summer House Condo

Very easy to rent. Condo was like the pictures, and very clean. It was a perfect location and the beach wasn’t busy during our stay in May. The washer/dryer was nice to have. We did need more washcloths. We would stay there again. It would be nice if the owners supplied beach chairs and umbrella on the beach!

We have stayed at Beach House Condos for 18 yrs. The listing did not state that of the 116 units it was one of about 4 units whose owner does not pay the yearly fee for his rental guest to have use of beach set-up of 2 chairs/umbrella, use of workout room, or free movies with their rental. We had to pay $45/day for chairs/Umbrella! Ridiculous. Also skillets were pathetic, inside literally peeling off. Water flow in master shower was so low it took forever to wash hair and shower. Patio sliding door lock was Uber hard to lock & unlock. We will NEVER, EVER stay in this unit or any other unit from Southern Rental. We thought we booked with VRBO, but all info & problems went through Southern Rental who were not polite in the least.
