You'll feel right at home in our Old Kentucky Home at The Knob! Tucked away in the middle of horse and bourbon country and minutes from historical downtown Shelbyville. This 3 bed/2 bath spacious home is the ideal location for everything Kentucky has to offer.

Enter the driveway to ample parking for up to 5 cars. Once inside you are greeted with an open floor plan and steps to a chef’s dream kitchen with large island, new Whirlpool refrigerator, Keurig coffee station, teapot, toaster, blender, and lots of pots and pans. The dining table seats 6 and additional seating at the bar for 3 more. The buffet provides a place to mix perfect cocktails.

The living room has a cozy gas fireplace, 2 couches, including 1 couch with pull-out full size bed, large coffee table full of puzzles and games. Two leather swivel chairs provide the perfect place to watch tv or read a book next to bookcase.

Just off the dining room and kitchen, step outside to the large new deck with comfortable seating, overhead string lights, and propane fire pit. Cook up some steaks on the new grill or play some corn hole in the large backyard.

Down the hallway, you’ll find a laundry closet with washer and dryer and a closet with iron and ironing board. The first bedroom has a queen memory foam bed, nightstand, large closet, dresser, and 40” flat screen smart tv. The second bedroom has 2 matching memory foam twin beds with attached reading lamps, a 40” flat screen smart tv, a tall dresser with PlayStation 3 for those wanting to play video games and and a desk for those needing a space to do some work. Across the hall, you’ll find a bathroom with shower/tub combo and linen closet stocked with plenty of towels.

And last but not least, feel like a king or queen in the memory foam king bed in the Kentucky Derby-themed Primary suite which comes with its own steps and en-suite bath with tiled shower, large walk-in closet, 55” flat screen smart tv, plenty of storage in the dresser and more room in the matching nightstands.

BOURBON!! Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve, Four Roses, Bulleit, Jeptha Creed, Heaven Hill, Angel's Envy, Evan Williams, and many others are 5 to 45 minutes away.
