About this property

Family Friendly with a Great Outdoor Space/Bird Watcher's Paradise/Walk to Beach

Raised house on a beautiful street in Waveland. Huge private lot with a great outdoor deck in the back for birdwatching, coffee or just watching the sunrise or stargazing at night. Lots of space for the kids to explore and the area underneath the house is a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the breeze or sit in the hot tub and watch TV. There is also a propane firepit with comfortable seating for five.

You can also grill lunch or dinner on the propane Weber grill. The house has plenty of parking for a boat, RV and/or golf cart.

There are four smart tvs on the property for your enjoyment - one in the living area, one in each of the two bedrooms with king beds and one downstairs. The area under the house has a refrigerator, sink and toilet for easy access from the hot tub/grill/firepit.

There is a non-passenger lift on the property with a cart so moving your luggage and groceries is seamless. We also provide a cart with beach chairs and towels to make your trip to the beach a little easier.

Waveland is located one hour from New Orleans and 30 minutes to Biloxi. There is a 5 mile bike path that connects to Bay St. Louis so biking is a great way of getting around. The basics are provided including a fully stocked kitchen and we have coffee, detergent, foil, shampoo, soap, etc at the house for your use. Don't sweat the small stuff, we've got you covered.

Can not say enough about our stay. Great location, very clean and so comfy. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Peaceful Stroll to the Beach

We enjoyed our long weekend here, and it is a birdwatcher's paradise! Many birds are in the yard that looks on to a natural area. The walk down the block to the beach is very convenient. Living room has many seats for a large family.

We were in awe the minute we drove up to the property. The home was immaculate and with all the amenities. The twin beds may be better suited for kids but our adult kids made it work. The host was gracious & wonderful and answered all our questions. I hope we can visit again soon.

We rented this house while visiting family for a week. This home was beautiful and perfect for our stay.It was an easy walk to beach in a quiet neighborhood. It has a great floor plan and very clean. Great Place!

Our family lives in Waveland we’ve visit multiple times a year my entire life. This place was great! Love the location and easy walk to the beach. House was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. Beds and living space were very comfortable. The kitchen came with some staple items including spices and coffee. Loved the amenities of the hot tub and outdoor fire. Would definitely stay again.

Great house - everything you might need!

We had a great time. The house is nicely furnished, everything you might need is there. Just an hour from New Orleans and a total different experience with a nice beach and a nice little town. Communication with the owner was very friendly and helpful. We strongly recommend this house!

A Perfect Get Away Home with All the Amenities

We loved our stay! This house has everything you need for a beach get away. We enjoyed hanging out in the downstairs area equipped with a swing, patio lights, a comfy seating area, and a hot tub. The house was new, clean, and perfectly decorated with all the extras you need for a stay from pots, pans, and spices in the kitchen to beach towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. The kids' room is perfect and the other two bedrooms were spacious with nice bathrooms. The owner was so sweet and responsive. We highly recommend this house and will be staying again.

Hidden Gem

This place was actually bigger than we expected and we had tons of room. Great price, great location, very quiet. It’s about a block away from the beach, which you can walk, however, we decided to drive a few blocks further down to the parking lot because of possible inclement weather. One afternoon, we just sat in the hot tub, watched football and barbecued on the grill downstairs. Super clean, and owners were very responsive. Can’t wait to come back with the kids
