We provide super simple access in and out of the house with an electronic keypad lock. We are super close to vacation essentials like groceries, gas stations, pharmacy, big box stores, and gyms. Along with must try restaurants of all kinds. Dim sum, burgers, pizza, donuts, bahn mi, tacos, KBBQ, and waffle sandwiches just to name a few!

Please feel free to message directly on the Vrbo app anytime you need anything before or during your stay at our place. If something comes up or you need anything related to the house (supplies, minor repair, issues with entry, etc.), please reach out directly. We're happy to help!

We prefer to keep communications strictly over the Vrbo app so as to protect both parties should anything happen. However, there are always exceptions, we are happy to chat over the phone if needed.

~ The Fine Print ~

> Early check-in and late checkout service are an offering we provide. However, it is not always available due to same day guest turnover. If you are interested in either, please ask for availability at the time of booking. The cost is $23.00 per hour early or late.

> In the spirit of total transparency, we do charge a small property management fee ($39) per stay to help cover cost of water, gas, and electric This helps us keep our nightly rate more reasonable for all the amazing guests (like you!) that we have booking our place. :)

> We always strive to provide the best experience for our amazing guests, however, we do not allow for any events or parties to be held at our place. This is due to city ordinance and respect for our friendly neighbors. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and thank you ahead of time for minding this rule. Cheers!

> We have outfitted the exterior door at the front of our home with a Ring doorbell camera that is actively recording video and audio to ensure safety for our guests. This is the only camera on the property.
