This is a strictly smoke free home. There should be no smoking anywhere in the home/on the deck/in the screened in porch. This will be strictly enforced. This is a family friendly neighborhood. The neighbors have every right to alert us/authorities of any noise ordinance/recreational activities/illegal substance use. If any suspected behavior that is not in the norm for the neighborhood will be an immediate termination of booking and no refunds will be issued.
