A perfect little discount gem for a week away at a conference. No frills, easy in and out, GREAT location for eateries and walking. A classic Philly condo. A tiny bit of serenity in the heart of the hustle and bustle of downtown.
Very accessible to a number of Center City destinations. Square footage small, but adequate for 1-2 persons. Don't be put off by the somewhat shabby shared hallway/stairwell. The unit itself is clean and in good shape. A slight hiccup with the unit's door code for check-in, but the host resolved it immediately. Some noise from the outdoor seating area at the restaurant next door, but it subsided by a reasonable time. Would definitely stay here again, for the value and convenience.
Dirty floots, dirty rusted bathtub, what appeared to be sewage ran down wall near headboard, room deodorizer not fully mask smells, no smoke detector. Met with manager, had a very poor experience with vrbo

Major property issues
The location is right downtown. But the building is old & poorly maintained. The apartment itself is also old and is having major roof leaking. The host failed to mention it. Once I checked in and asked, they say “but it’s not right on top of your bed!” What if rats other whatever crawl through there while I’m sleeping? I had to leave. Didnt feel safe to stay. Vrbo made it right and made them refund my stay though.
