This private Studio City apartment is only walking distance from Universal Studios, The Brady Bunch house, delicious restaurants and grocery stores, adjacent from the infamous Ventura Blvd where you’re constantly cross paths with celebrities and other very important people behind the scenes. This location is the heart of LA. 15 mins from Beverly Hills, 5 mins from Hollywood, Noho, and Burbank. The apartment has full amenities, WiFi, available street parking, laundry, two TV’s, and lots of space! I’m most certain that you and your and friends/family will absolutely love your stay here.

Also for special needs and handicap individuals, please note that the apartment is located upstairs and there isn't an elevator.

DO NOT STAY HERE

There’s a reason the shower curtain hides the tub: it’s dirty, mold on the tile. Also greasy toaster, dirty microwave, grease all over the stove (which doesn’t work properly). Host said I was lying, and host refused to send cleaning person even AFTER I provided photos of the filth I found. Vrbo is useless.
