This vacation property is casually decorated and offers open-concept living for your entire group.  Appointed with 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths, there is room for up to 10 guests; and pets are considered. 

The living and dining room provide room for everyone to gather and enjoy family time together.  The large open kitchen has everything you need for “at home” meals and there is extra seating at the breakfast bar.  Light and airy, this property is a must see.

The King primary is a full ensuite with a double vanity, soaking tub and stand-up shower.  Bedroom #2 is a Queen and bedroom #3 has 2 full-sized beds and an attached bath.  To round out the bedrooms is another King guest ensuite.

With 3 beautiful decks, visitors can take in the golf course lagoon views and island wildlife.  Enhance your experience by enjoying the amazing ocean views from the Crow's Nest, and prepare to be astounded by the night sky as you gaze through the telescope at the brilliant starry nights. You'll feel like you've found your way to paradise!

A golf cart is included with your rental; get out and explore all the Lowcountry has to offer from stunning beaches to dining, crabbing, swimming and more.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
