While we don’t have a yard, there are small grass patches, and you can walk your dog along the street—just remember to bring bags for clean-up. We kindly ask that pets stay off furniture and out of the beach area, and if you leave them alone in the cottage, please crate them for their safety.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave A/C on 72
Leave all bed’s unmade
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep the doors and windows closed while AC is on. Not doing this causes mold to grow on all the ac vents. 2nd dog must be approved.$50 fee

Great place, great location. A few minutes walk to the beach, wonderful condo and quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Butts up to a state park which is excellent for biking or a quick run. Highly recommended, I’m sure we will be back.

Momma get away! Perfect for the 7 of us aging from 30 to 67. Quick and easy walk to the private beach. The home was clean roomy and tucked away in the cutest neighborhood.

Short walk to the beach!

Stayed for a week. Had enough supplies for cooking a few meals and plenty of room. The dog friendly was great for our little dog. Would sure stay again!!

I stayed here with my girlfriend and 4 of our friends. We all loved the location and the amount of space we had compared to similarly priced condos on the beach. The pool being right outside our door was also convenient if we didn't want to walk across the street to the beach. Overall we had a fantastic experience and the house/cottage was very clean and made for a great vacation.

We loved this property! The location with respect to other things in Orange Beach is great. The house is lovely — well kept and nicely decorated. The checkin process was easy, and the property manager was communicative and helpful. We loved the area of the beach to which this property has access. It was quiet and uncrowded unlike so many others. We enjoyed having our dogs with us, and the village was a gr at place to enjoy a walk with them. 10/5 stars. We will be back!

July 4th Vacay

We appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog on our vacation. The house was well appointed, and the distance to get to the beach was accurate—the crosswalk button is quick! The management company was responsive. We would stay here again!

The location was the best. Small quiet community very near beach and trails. The house was great as well as the communication. I will be back year after year. Orange Beach is a great place to relax and rewind.

Just what we needed!

The pool out front was just perfect for our 2 and 5 year old. It even has an ankle deep end with fountains. One of us could grill while the other took the kids to the pool. It was a super short walk to the private beach. Zero crowding. The unit was quiet and peaceful. Upstairs bedrooms are COLD!!! We slept so good. I had a few questions and they were answered almost immediately every time I text! She was precious! We will be back!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This location can’t be beat! A short walk to the beach, a pool just steps from your door and the state park trails that are accessible from the community! Our two younger kids loved it and we did too! The unit is great! Super efficient and comfy. Exactly as advertised. The property manager was amazing to work with and super quick to respond for the few needs we had. Only recommendation I have is black out curtains for the bedrooms and a couple extra blankets on the beds. Other than that, 10/10! Thank you guys for hosting a wonderful stay for us!

Just as expected. This is a nice neighborhood and we would stay here again. The internet speed was a touch slow and the TV struggled. Not a huge deal for us, but may be to some. Also, may want to check the sleeper sofa for some rocks :), but I've never sat on a comfy sleeper sofa. This stay still earns 5 stars across the board. Was well stocked and the property manager was very responsive. This is also the best priced unit in the small loop of tannins.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cottage number 3! The area was quiet, well-kept and comfortable. There are plenty of options nearby for groceries, activities and dining. The house was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We really enjoyed the front porch and loved the pool! We will be back, thanks again!

Great place!

Our place was very clean upon arrival. The finishes were up to date and the place was adorable. Not to mention the location was perfect— near the beach, in a place where my child could play with few cars, a pool just a very short distance away and the amenities you would want (Keurig, cable, easy check in & out) etc. Also the owners were very responsive when we had a question for them. I would HIGHLY recommend these owners and this property!! We will be back!

Family Vacay Fun

It was nice to have a little house all to ourselves with plenty of room for all four of us to spread out. The washer and dryer came in handy as well as the ironing board and iron and Kerig. We enjoyed the beach feel of the house; the cleanliness of the white paint and simple beach prints on the wall. The walk to the beach wasn't that far either and having the private path was nice. We appreciated the available umbrella too. Thank you for a lovely accommodation. We really needed the break!

Very poor cleanliness

At first entrance perfect. Needed to wash all sheets before retiring the first night. Overhead fans were filthy. I would have cleaned them myself if there had been a ladder. The whole place needed a deep clean not just a wash over!!!! Will not stay again.

I am originally from New Orleans. We now split our time between Slidell, Houston Miami, and Orange Beach. If you ask me I would never go back to Louisiana and just stay 100% of the time in Orange Beach. My husband and I are a blended family and have 4 adult children between us. We even have a daughter-in-law now. Our baby is Peche the rescue pitbull who is the love of my life. Don't tell my family!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Tannin when we bought our home back in 2019. We are down the street. It is the most peaceful place to me. We are big boaters and love spending time on Cotton Bayou restaurant hopping. Boat Days are the best days.

What makes this property unique

Our beach house has lots of space that a stuffy condo does not. You don't have to wait for elevators and parking is right outside your front door. The best part is you can bring your fur baby as long as you promise they are housebroken. Condos in OBA do not let renters bring pets.
