Clean and tidy ! Everything was great and we enjoyed. We came into town from Hawaii and haven’t been home in 5 years so it was definitely welcoming. Good neighborhood too!

This guest threw a party. Got multiple complaints from neighbors. Had to be called in the middle of the night. Had a fight break out with her guests. Left the place with trash everywhere. And is upset because I was rude. I should have driven down there and called the cops and kicked her out. Do not host.

Unfortunately, he needs to replace his couch-or have it thoroughly clean. It was in horrible condition. We weren’t able to utilize it. The bedding (sheets and bedspreads-need to be replaced . Overall, the place was OK just needs a deep cleaning Please going forward let your guest know that the close in porch is shared.

This guest did not seem to understand this was a shared property. Caused issues with the other guests, which led to complaints, because they were knocking and trying to open the doors to other units. In 4 yeas operating this place, no other guest has made this mistake. I'm pretty sure this is an issue with this guest, not how the property is set-up or advertised. However, after telling the guest to knock it off and leave the other guests alone, and this guest getting very mad at me for it, I believe this review is somewhat retaliatory. This just wasn't a pleasant experience and the guest was mad over something I have zero control over, their own issue.
