This contemporary condo is located in a beautifully renovated historic building. There is great attention to detail in both the furnishings and the decor. The condo is near everything yet is located in a beautiful park like setting.
The floor plan is open and the kitchen is modern - with newer built in stainless appliances and granite counter tops.
The 2 full baths are luxurious - utilizing granite tops, ceramic tile and high end fixtures.
The kitchen/dining/living areas have beautiful hardwood floors while the 2 bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting.
There is a rooftop deck that is wonderful - access is via the elevator to the 5th floor - turn right off the elevator and take the stairs through the first door on the right (one flight).
Access to the secured building is by keypad. A well appointed lobby welcomes you where an elevator awaits to take you to your 5th floor condo.

This area of Walnut Hills is adjacent to beautiful Eden Park and offers great proximity to downtown, numerous restaurants, and nightlife. There are also many scenic areas overlooking the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati.
The METRO bus stop is located one block from the condo.
The RED BIKE bike renting kiosk is less than a 5 minute walk from the condo.
Uber rides are about $3.00 to OTR and about $4.00 to Downtown and the sports stadiums.

Absolutely wonderful. Clean and spacious. The area was convenient to restaurants, the art museum and so much more. Loved the area and apartment. Ed was a spectacular host!
We could not have found a more perfect place to stay in Cincinnati! The pictures and the description of this beautiful condo are spot on. The host Ed was super responsive and he had a wonderful binder he compiled with places to eat, sights to see and varied places to visit to enhance your stay. The condo was well stocked with everything you might need and more. The rooftop deck was amazing! The beds were comfy and the showers were heaven! This will be the only place we’ll stay from now on when we visit Cincinnati!
