Two-Story, Top-Floor 3 Bedroom/3 Full Bath Fireplace Suite (Sleeps 6-8) - King bed in the master bedroom (with an extra gas fireplace), queen in the 2nd bedroom, queen in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room (gas fireplace) with dining area, kitchen and large corner balcony. This Deluxe Suite will have a 2 person corner triangular Jacuzzi tub in the Master Bathroom along with a separate standing shower, double sink vanity, and radiant heated floors.

60th birthday celebration in Lake Placid!

We had the best time celebrating at Whiteface! The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We loved cozying up by the fire after a day of skiing. The hotel restaurant/bar, Peak 47, was also super cozy. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting lake placid!

Wonderful escape

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay! The resort has a great balance of romantic, rustic charm and family-friendly accommodations. Both restaurants serve delicious food (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Even with COVID-19 restrictions, the amenities were great! We stayed in the 3-bedroom 3-bath suite with another couple of friends. The view was amazing, the staff are so friendly and so are the people we met in town at the restaurants and shops. Thank you Tim (realtor) for your personal touch in booking this vacation for us! Your recommendations of the town and your informative phone call were beyond what you needed to provide for us.

The suite was amazing. Just what we wanted for the 3 couples. The resort was great even with the COVID restrictions. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. We just wished the pools stayed open longer. Obviously a resort problem.

Whiteface Lodge is a beautiful Adirondack escape. The staff is friendly and helpful and the amenities are great. The 3 bedroom suite did not disappoint, we will definitely stay here again.

Truly Awesome

We have stayed at the Whiteface Lodge for the last 3-4 years and this time was definitely the best! Tim and the owners were absolutely perfect to work with. The three bdrm corner condo was perfect in every way. And, as always, the service at the Lodge was impeccable. Lake Placid has always been a favorite destination, but now it has reached a new level... We hope the owners will have us back!!

There is no better place to stay in Lake Placid than the Whiteface Lodge!! Working with Tim DiLeo is always a breeze, making sure we get the exact room we're looking for! The Lodge itself is always clean and in pristine condition, the staff are always a pleasure to speak with and the food is awesome. We come two-three times a year and have never had a bad experience!

Beautiful, well-maintained property in great location

When two teenagers both say, “Wow!” driving into a property, I forgive their snide ribbing on the 11-Hour trip to get here. The property itself deserves a better picture. Swells of birches, pines, cone flowers and hostage break the huge property into rooms. The interior of the lodge reminded us of Yellowstone’s grande lodge—especially the dining areas. The unit itself is beautifully finished out with beams in the ceiling, Adirondack furnishings, and art. We appreciated the silky sheets, robes for all four of us, cushy towels, daily housekeeping and nightly delivery of cookies. This was the best of a vacation rental combined with hotel service. Loved it.

Perfect Family Summer Getaway

The property was wonderful (perhaps even nicer than the pictures). We took a family trip (with three kids 8 and under) and never ran out of things to do. Between the property's pool, bowling alley, game room, movie theater, and fishing pond, we stayed busy. The lodge is also located close enough for day (or half-day) trips to the Wild Center, High Falls Gorge, and bobsledding. All in all, the lodge and Lake Placid were the perfect summer getaway for a family. I would definitely return. It should also be said -- Tim was wonderful. He was available to answer questions, go over the property, and always followed up on any of the HomeAway emails. He made sure we were in the perfect room, with everything we needed. I'd definitely book with Tim again without hesitation. Thanks Tim!

Whiteface Lodge has become one of our favorite getaways over the years!

We have made Lake Placid a favorite destination of ours over the past 10 years or so and continue to book units at Whiteface Lodge more and more frequently as the years go by. We have also stayed at a variety of places in Lake Placid but we have ultimately decided that Whiteface Lodge is our favorite hotel resort. Yes, it is expensive, but the value is there when you consider what is offered by the resort and the type of spacious and luxurious units they have. It is truly the most beautiful and fun place to stay no matter if you are a couple or a family. Part of the reason we have gone up to LP more frequently is due to the ease and pricing for bookings offered by Tim at Last Hoorah. We will return and we will use Last Hoorah to book the trip as long as we have the time frame that works with their offerings. We have never had a problem or glitch when booking through Tim. Highly recommended for location and booking!

Beautiful Lodge in the midst of beautiful Lake Placid

We spent three nights at the lodge to celebrate my birthday. The lodge was beautiful, meticulously maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal to the center of town and tourist attractions. We ate at the lounge one night and it was so so, drinks significantly overpriced but bartenders were friendly and helpful on restaurant suggestions. We would definitely return and recommend Last Hoorah for booking

Whiteface Lodge

One of the best vacations we have had in a long time and definitely the easiest one to book. Tim took care of everything. We rented the 3 bedroom 3 bath with a family of 5, and there was plenty of room for all. We had an end unit with a beautiful view of the mountains that were just starting to turn colors. The lodge itself has everything you need to have a great vacation even if you do not hike. We used the game room, movie theater, bowling alley and the hot tub and swimming. I would book through Tim again without hesitation.

Because it's Awesome! If you are looking for more than just a room to lie your head down, this property has all the amenities to pamper you and your family. You can fill your entire day with everything from swimming in the pools and hot tubs to playing in the game room, watching a movie in the theater, to treating yourself to a spa treatment or taking a quick trip down to the guest only Canoe "Beach" Club. I love bringing my family here, but I also like treating my friends. The property is great for couples and large groups too. We love getting together here and each time we do it is a very special experience.
