Just a five minute walk to Main Street (approx 1/2 mile) and a ten minute drive to Whiteface Mountain. Access miles of cross-country ski trails directly from the property or start you day with a round of golf-the first hole of the Lake Placid Club Course is right out the back door. Fully furnished in simple Adirondack style, this unit is ready for a weekend or week-long stay. Enjoy the convenience of off-street parking and ample secure storage for ski, hiking or biking gear and car. Wireless Internet access is available. Close enough to town to walk to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Very clean, and lots of room for the four of us. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very nice location to walk to town and around mirror lake. I would visit again! Very freindly and accomodating hosts. Food at the White Bear was great and right next door.

Cozy & Quaint

We really enjoyed our stay at Mary and Brett's apartment. It is beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Just a short 10-15 minute walk to the center of town! If we participate in ESWG again next year, we'll be staying here!

Great place in the heart of Lake Placid

My husband and I, along with two grandchildren (15 and 9) loved the place: clean , nicely appointed, cute. It was better than its description on the VRBO site- what a wonderful bonus! Located in the heart of Lake Placid, close to everything we wanted to see- great location. The owners were so nice and helpful - we truly appreciated their hospitality.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at Mary and Brett’s apartment and loved it. The apartment is clean and cozy, furnished very nicely and has all necessary amenities. The location is perfect, in a residential neighborhood just a short walk from Mirror Lake and Main Street. Private and has off street parking, which is nice to have in Lake Placid.

Cozy Moose Setting!

The apartment was just amazing. I am a huge Moose lover, so the decor was awesome. Loved every little touch in each room. Everything was clean and very well taken care of. If we get to stay in Lake Placid again, I will definitely rent again.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay in Lake Placid! The property owners were communicative and accessible, and the property is thoughtfully arranged and very well maintained. When traveling with a family of four, it's great to have separate cooking, eating and living areas, in addition to the two bedrooms. We loved it and will definitely look to book this property again on a future trip!

Lovely stay!

It was very clean and comfy with many small niceties, like extra blankets for watching tv, etc. Mary was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions. Would definitely stay again if ever in Lake Placid. And we just might have to come back when the toboggan chute is open!

Great family weekend in Lake Placid

The property was perfect for an extended weekend in Lake Placid with our family of 4. It was very clean, very cozy and walking distance to just about everything! The hosts make sure you have everything you need including access to the wonderful outdoor seating area behind the property. Highly recommend!
