Crystal Shores 1201 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with breathtaking Gulf-front views from the east corner of the 12th floor. Located just one mile west of Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores, this unit offers easy access to all area attractions.



Property Features:



• The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. The dining area seats four, with two additional barstools for extra seating.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The living area has a queen-size sofa sleeper.



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• Second bedroom features a queen-size bed.



• Enjoy convenient check-in and check-out with keyless entry.

It was a fun family vacation with our boys! We had an awesome time! Spectacular ocean and beach views with the relaxing ocean waves in the background, nice location, and great people! Clean and comfortable! The beach is right outside and the place has fun amenities….outdoor/indoor pool, hot tub, pool table, foosball, and your very own balcony! Perfect spot!

The view of the ocean from this property was gorgeous.  Parking was wonderful and the elevators worked well. The pool was small but clean. The workout room was nice as well.  With that being said, there was a lack of kitchen items such as scissors, trash bags, bottle opener. There were no additional trash bags, etc. The Coffee pot was broken,  the refrigerator took at least 24 hours to cool properly since it was not set to cool prior to our arrival.  The neighbors upstairs loved to play musical chairs.  There were 5 key fobs when there should have been 6 key fobs,  the coffee table was literally hanging by a thread. Lots of bolts missing.  It was literally moments from falling apart.  The baseboard in the master bathroom was nasty.

Surprisingly small against what it looked in the pictures. Dirty spots in the bathroom and living rooms. Looks like previous water damage. And black mold/doscoloration on the top of the shower at the wallpaper. The pool/beach fobs were haphazardly tied to what was formerly an arm band. And missing 2 of the 6 that were supposed to be in the condo. And the kitchen was smaller than I'd hoped. We're a cooking on vacation family. The pots, and especially, the pans in bad condition and warped. Made cooking tricky. Ice maker was spotty at best. Dealt with it by walking across the street to get ice. Didn't want any maintenance qtechs interruption vacation Basic cable with no way to stream. Feels like all condos, for what we pay, should have the capabilities for us to cast any streamers onto TVs The balcony and view from it, was killer.

My kids and I had a lot of fun! The condo was beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean. I just wish we were told before a few days before arrival that we needed to provide our own toilet paper, laundry soap etc.

First time to Gulf Shores. Loved this place, everything was exactly as listed. Clean, super comfy beds, gorgeous view of the beach and easy access to the beach. No wait for elevator ever which is a huge plus. No noise, peaceful, pretty much amazing.Close to everything you need. Only downside, we wish it had a smart TV for rainy days to stream your own services. Overall 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

We loved our stay. Host was super attentive, we loved waking up to the ocean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We found a bug in the bathroom upon arrival but other than that it was great and we had no problems.
