Please note our unit 1001 is Adults only as follows - 4 Adults maximum, 25 and older, which includes occupants and guests.
Located at 921 West Beach Blvd Gulf Shores AL, we purchased our unit in the Winter of 2018 and began remodeling and redecorating at that time and continue to update today as needed. The Unit is a Wonderful 10th Floor East End Corner Unit offering a large wrap around Balcony with access from both the Living Room as well as the Master Bedroom. The Spacious Condo offers Two King Suites each with Private Bath, Nine Foot Ceilings and Crown Moulding throughout. This complex offers a private outdoor pool and hot tub that leads to an indoor pool that is seasonally heated. There is an exercise room overlooking the beach and sauna located on the Lobby level. Charcoal grills are available for our guest to use but you must bring your own charcoal, starter and lighter. Rental chairs and umbrella's are available March to October (or November depending on the weather) from Ike's Beach Service. There is a place to leave your beach chairs (if you bring your own) in a secure beach side storage area used by the entire complex. You may want to consider bringing a cable lock to secure them. Each unit has a unique Wristband with FOB provided to you which allows you access to the Sauna, Hot Tub, Beach, Beach Storage Room, Exercise Room and Pool. The HOA does not allow RVs or Trailers on the property. Smoking NOT allowed in our unit, all common areas and all limited common areas which includes balconies. Pets NOT allowed by guests. There is no long boardwalk and no long walk through the hot sand.

The balcony on both sides was great...if windy from one side you could get out of the wind on the other, plus both sunrise & sunset were visible. The condo having King beds in both bedrooms was a nice touch as well, though we only used 1 bedroom. We will keep this in mind for possible future visit with son and daughter in-law.

David and Angie are great hosts and are truly committed to providing an excellent experience for their guests. The rooms are extremely comfortable, and the balcony is great. Their patio chairs are better than most other balconies.

Angie and I retired in 2016 and moved to Gulf Shores. When we sold our home we invested in Crystal Tower 1701 (VRBO 1183472) which is located 2/10 of one mile east of Seacrest 901. We have totally remodeled and updated Crystal Tower 1701 as well as Seacrest 901 (VRBO 1323351). Recently we purchased Crystal Shores 1001 (VRBO 1489724) which is another 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom east end condo located at 921 W Beach Blvd Gulf Shores AL. We manage and maintain Seacrest 901, Crystal Tower 1701 as well as Crystal Shores 1001. We occupy all these units during the year when not occupied by our guests. This enables us to keep all the properties updated and pristine as they are our residences as well as vacation rentals for our guests.
