Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in the sun. Adults upstairs (breath taking views) kids/teenage pad downstairs. Two TV's one upstairs and one downstairs. Fibre internet office setup. 13 min walk to the beach downhill maybe a few mins longer up hill. Kayaks for use on hand trolleys. Driveway is steep at entrance but room to turn around (the views are worth it). One or two fur baby upon application not fenced.
Elevated above Coopers Beach with wide sea and coastal views is this spacious 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home (215 sqm floor area) on a 867 sqm section. This warm, comfortable, and very well presented and maintained two-level home features main living and covered decks and a semi-self-contained guest suite and an internal access double garage downstairs. Surrounding grounds include a variety of established fruit trees and plenty of off-street parking.

The upper level includes a cleverly configured open-plan living area wrapped around a central staircase that leads down to the lower level and the main entrance. The space flows easily between a cosy lounge with fireplace, dining area with stunning views, a good-sized kitchen with plenty of built in storage and a large pantry, and an excellent covered deck that runs the entire width of the home. Two generous double bedrooms and a centrally positioned bathroom are accessed via a short hallway off the lounge, with a slightly larger master featuring sea views and a walk-in wardrobe.

The private downstairs guest suite includes a double bedroom and a second open plan living area, bathroom with laundry, and sliding door access to a large covered deck that steps down to lawns and vegetable gardens.

Includes a large fish smoker, beach trolley, cricket set, tennis rackets and balls, beach sun umbrella, binoculars, dog water and food bowls. Located easy driving distance from beaches, schools, shops, and other facilities, this home is ideal for a family holiday getaway.

Only suitable for small boat. Large boats, campervans, caravans can be parked at the bowling club down the road for $10 a night.
