Location, Location, Location! Welcome to our condo just minutes from fabulous restaurants, exclusive shopping, top-rated beaches and convenient grocery stores. Enjoy nearby local attractions such as: The Mercato, Waterside Shops, the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Artis-Naples visual and performing arts, North Collier Regional Park, golf courses and downtown Old Naples.

Looking for a world-class beach experience? Clam Pass Park is just over one mile from the front door, featuring a beautiful beach, a variety of plants & wildlife, a boardwalk, and a beachfront casual restaurant. And don’t forget about historic Naples Pier beach just a short drive away.

At our condo at the Park Shore Resort, enjoy on-site amenities like heated pool, barbecue area, tennis courts, pickleball courts, fitness room, poolside & waterside restaurant and lush grounds with ponds and waterfalls.

A great place for couples, friends traveling together, solo adventurers, business travelers, professional nomads and families with children.

Complimentary high speed Wi-Fi is available as well as flat screen smart TV’s with cable & streaming apps.

You’ll love to relax in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a large screened-in lanai overlooking the water and beautiful sunsets. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, stove, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, and much more – perfect for making home-cooked meals!

One of the bedrooms has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin xl beds which can be converted into a king bed upon request. For extra bedding, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. A workstation/desk is also provided.

Bathrooms include a shower/tub combination, and a hair dryer is provided. A washer and dryer are also available inside the unit.

There is a ring video doorbell at the front door that monitors the public space, outside the unit only.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay at this newly renovated unit. Check in and check out was easy. It was a very comfortable, clean unit which included everything we needed. The lanai was lovely overlooking the pond. We loved having our coffee out there in the morning and wine at night. The pool was delightful and food was excellent at Hogfish Harry’s. Publix was right around the block. Everything nearby including beaches and restaurants. We hope to come back.

Wonderful family vacation

Great condo layout and loved the decor! Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the onsite restaurant, clean pool, basketball court, fitness center. Owners provided a wonderful place for a great family vacation!

Wonderful stay at Park Shore!

Excellent stay, close to everything, clean and comfortable condo. Raquel and Brad are wonderful hosts and want your stay as comfortable as possible. If you need them, they will get back to you promptly. We would definitely stay there again!

Park Shore

This was a wonderful place to stay ! The location is perfect. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was great. Raquel and Brad answered any questions we had immediately and were so kind throughout the entire process. The condo was immaculate and had all items that were needed for our stay. Exceeded Our Expectations

We had never been in South Florida or in Naples but chose to go there for part of our break from the Ohio winter. We anticipated enjoyment of the warm Florida sunshine in a quiet, relaxing get away for just the two of us. But we also enjoy great restaurants, meeting new friends, and safe places to walk and enjoy tropical plants and birds. Needless to say, we were not disappointed! In fact, Raquel and Brad's condo far exceeded our expectations. We found the accommodations beautifully decorated with a Naples/Florida theme which came with a fully functional kitchen, flat screen TV's, WiFi, etc. All of this made for a very homey abode. Our hopes for safe walking and enjoyable food were fully satisfied by our location in Park Shore Resort with our strolls on quaint boardwalk trails that line the shore of a small lake inside the Resort. In the center of the lake is an island where guests can enjoy swimming, grilling, and exquisite dining at Hogfish Harry's. We were also within walking distance to the beach where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset.
