Modern mountain cabin condo w/steam shower + essential living design

Enjoy amazing views of the Prospect Mountain valley from the Continental Divide to the majestic God's thumb rock, all enjoyable from the comfort of this modern cabin that has been fully renovated in 2023.

Patio outside the front door includes table and chairs. Just next to the patio is the community pool and hot tub (open Memorial Day to Labor Day). Minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, Pet-friendly *plz clean up after their fur and feces*

Full kitchen: Fridge w/ filtered water and ice maker accessible on the outside door. Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Air Fryer, Stove/ Oven.

Bathroom: toilet bidet, washer/dryer and enclosed steam shower with tub

Living Room: Day seat in front of fireplace converts to bed for additional sleeping areas.

Any help with loading the washing machine and or dishwasher is appreciated, appropriate soap for each should be located close by. Please be sure not to mix up soaps or use the wrong kind.
Please recycle for proper disposal. Taking out the trash may be necessary for long stays but the big Can is quite far away, so don't feel obligated to take it out there, we can take care of that.
Saving electric and water is much appreciated, the neighbors will be short of hot water if you use it for too long... like over 20 min... please just be aware.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
