The place was very clean and accurately portrayed in the photos. The communication with the host on how to enter the camp area and the property was non existent. I received no information that I would have to pay another 10 to the security guard when I entered and complete extensive paperwork. I was also not told where to find the key and had to call the host to get this information. We also could not get the stove to turn on. Overall it would have been a much better rating with improved communication as the place itself was as advertised.

First trip to the Keys

The property was in a gated community which was great. The RV was clean and appeared well maintained. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay there. Communication with the owner was excellent and I would recommend this property and owner! Thank you for sharing your RV!

Clean, well kept. Although most inside lights not working. Had to pay 10 for parking pass. If you don't turn in paper pass at end, they charge 25 fee. Owner nice to let us check in early.

The trailer was clean and the beds were comfortable. The roof / air conditioner leaked in the rain, the refrigerator didn't work very well, and we had a palmetto bug in the kitchen that's perhaps expected

Glamping In Key Largo

First time for us staying in an RV for vacation. The location was convenient; The RV park was well kept and secure. The atmosphere is friendly. There are many seasonal residents there. The amenities are nice; It has a nice pool area, picnic and leisure area. There is a nice accessible boat ramp for small craft. There is a laundry facility, along with public showers. The Trailer we stayed in was clean. It is great for two adults of average size, and slim build. It has great water pressure, hot shower, nice lounge/TV area, comfortable bed. The AC, is loud, but functions nicely. The stove top and microwave worked well, and there is no oven. We encountered a problem with the refrigerator; It did not set to a cool temperature. We contacted the owner, and he was resourceful, and tried helping to get it fixed, but was unable to during our stay. We came prepared; We brought a couple of suitable coolers to hold food and beverages in. There is a small leak coming from the shower basin (Probably needs to be resealed). Having never stayed in an RV before, it would have been nice to have some operating instructions on how to drain the water from the holding tank, turn the lights on/off, and operate the AC. We contacted the owner on the issue with draining the water, and he had someone nearby within 5 minutes to show us how to operate that. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very clean and well equipped with basic needs. Very attentive host to any needs or questions we had. And they were numerous, on my part! The only negative for me was the lack of a handrail, and no way to secure the door open. To be fair it was fairly windy while we were there, but it was hard to keep the door secure going in and out.The air conditioner was EXCELLENT!I would recommend this for a short stay.
