ABOUT THE AREA: The Gulf Place Residences is located on the west end of 30A in-between Blue Mountain and Dune Allen Beach. It has a relaxed, laid-back vibe with something for everyone in your group. Gulf Place Community Amenities include: 3 Deeded Beach Accesses, 3 community pools, 2 of which are heated, and 2 with hot tubs, 2 Tennis Courts, 19 miles of dedicated bike path, Shuffleboard Courts, Corn Hole Boards, Walking Trails, Restaurants, Cafe, Pizzeria, Shops, Art Galleries, Live Events, & Ed Walline Beach Park with Lifeguards, facilities, and boardwalk! All within walking distance, so once you park just relax and enjoy!

Beautiful stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such an amazing stay at this condo. It was pristinely clean, fairly new, well appointed and cozy/comfortable. The location was fantastic with proximity to the beach and great restaurants nearby. The management company was also very responsive. Would definitely visit again!

On Beach Time ---Never want to be off beach time!

Best spot to take a vacation! We did a little girls trip + one boyfriend, but this spot would be perfect for a family, with or without little ones! Great views, access to so many wonderful 30A staples, and the interior was so homey and coastal! Already have my next stay here reserved : )
