Welcome to the highly sought after Palms of Dune Allen, an upscale 27 unit gated condominium complex south of the Scenic 30-A corridor and gulf front in the popular Dune Allen Beach Community.

This conveniently located and recently renovated three bedroom, three bath luxury condo with offers the guests beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and and has a patio to sit and watch the family in the pool area while grilling. Step out the sliding glass door to the patio to watch the perfect sunsets for which we are famous and for star gazing with your favorite beverage as well as sipping your coffee/tea in the morning. Enjoy the large picture windows and listen to the sounds of the rolling surf while enjoying the fabulous views of the Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf. This cozy three bedroom gulf front condominium has a special welcoming appeal for couples vacationing together or for families with children who love the beach. There is a king size bed in the Primary bedroom, a second bedroom with two twin bunk beds with private bath, and the third bedroom offers a queen bed. All bedrooms have TVs for the guests to enjoy.

The Palms of Dune Allen is conveniently located within walking distance to the Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club for those who enjoy spending time playing golf followed by a gulf-view dining experience. Walk or ride your bike on the scenic 30A Corridor to the nearby popular Gulf Place Community, a commercial and residential meeting spot with restaurants, cool shops, Artist Colony, Beach Bar, Wine Bar as well as an outdoor amphitheater.

Connecting all the beach communities on the Scenic 30-A corridor is an 18-mile bike path that carries the nature enthusiasts past old Florida with protected wetlands and the Coastal Dune Lakes that are unique to our area. Only minutes away from Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove and Rosemary Beach to the East and close to Sandestin, Destin & the Silver Sands Outlet Mall to the West. And just up the street you will view Oyster Lake, one of Dune Allen's coastal dune lakes which is actually shaped like an oyster shell and was once filled with oysters!

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Great trip

This condo was perfect for us. It was clean and had all the kitchen equipment needed. It was super close to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely consider staying here again. The only thing was you don’t have a beach view because of the shrubs and being on the first floor, but we enjoyed it anyway. There is a nice patio with a great view of the pool.

A little Disappointed

Our stay started off with an almost hour late check-in, not by choice, but by the rental agents doing. The rental agent was very hard to get a hold of and always took about an hour to call back. Even with checking into the unit late, it was still not cleaned properly and ready. The sheets in one bedroom had not been washed (blood on them) and the sheets for another bedroom were still in the dryer. The unit had the hallway carpets thrown ontop of the beds of another room. The rental agent was not very concerned at all by any of this and just said I will get house keeping to come by. The air conditioner had frozen over and was not working for the first day and a half (leasing agent tried to act as if it was because we were opening the door and going in and out a lot). It was frozen when we checked in. The unit had fleas and the leasing agent wanted to spray while we were staying, but we had young children and the pesticide man said he would not feel comfortable doing that with his own children in the unit. The unit itself was a little more worn than I expected for the price. Only one tub out of the three bathrooms, so if you have two families with babies this is not so convenient. Complex was located steps from pool and beach which was great. We were just mainly disappointed in the professionalism of the rental agent and cleaning staff.

Palms of Dune Allen

Gorgeous Beach and perfect condo for a family of 8. Barely a walk at all to the beach since we were on the beach. If only the hedges were cut down a little shorter we would have had a fabulous view of the ocean on our 1st floor patio. I will do the same condo again if that was the case!!!!

Fun & relaxing

We love Dune Allen and enjoyed staying at this unit at the Palms! It was perfect for our family of 6. The master suite was very nice, and our older kids loved the bunk beds. We appreciated the crib that was provided. The furniture was comfortable and nice. We will definitely rent this unit again if available!

Spontaneous Fall Break

My husband decided to take a trip with some senior high school boys was extremely happy and pleased with the property. He even asked me to save it as a favorite for our next beach trip. It is in a perfect location, not crowded, beautiful beaches and easy, quick access to great shopping and restaurants. We plan on coming back soon!

Almost a 5 star

Needs some new mattresses and it would have been a 5*. I felt like I was sleeping on an incline and that did not leave me well rested. The other family members said their beds were uncomfortable too. I guess maybe an investment in some new ones should be on the to do list. Thanks again!

Great with kids!

Fall break with our elementary-aged children. This place was really perfect for us: 1) great floorplan, stocked with pretty much everything we needed 2) perfect view of the pool from the kitchen/living area 3) Easy walk down to beach, which wasn’t crowded. We used your suggestion for chair/umbrella rental and that worked out well 4) convenient ground floor unit meant no lugging beach toys, etc up stairs 5) 10 minute stroll or 3 minute bike ride to a good mix of restaurants and shops. We had an AC issue upon arrival that was very quickly and easily resolved. Overall the unit was really comfortable in every regard, and you can tell the owners put a lot of love into it. We do hope to return!

Loved the rental and location

Our family loved the spacious walk-out condo at The Palms of Dune Allen. The pool, beautiful beach, and bike path were all just steps out the door. This was our first trip to the Scenic 30A area and we're looking forward to going back again.

What a great Mother's Day!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in this condo. South Walton beaches are our favorite and we especially love the biking and walking trail. The unit was very nice – great linens and bedding, comfortable and abundant seating, all appliances worked well and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. Though nice, not too nice so that we were nervous about having a toddler with us. The washer and dryer ran non-stop and both worked well. The location of the condo couldn’t have been more ideal for our family - the pool just steps off the patio and the beach not much farther. We absolutely loved our time there and didn’t want to leave!
