Welcome to Paradise!
New to rental market in November, 2024, beautifully remodeled condo. New bedding, furniture, appliances, furnishings, towels, sheets, flooring, HVAC system, etc. Master bedroom with King bed and en suite bathroom with tiled shower. Second bedroom has a queen with adjacent bathroom with tub/shower. Full kitchen with newer appliances. Bedrooms and living room have sliders to balcony where you can catch the famous Marco sunsets. Sectional couch in living room coverts to bed for 2. Smart TV's in bedrooms and living room. Fiber optic high speed internet. Sand chairs, umbrellas & cooler provided. Laundry steps from unit. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Short drive to food markets, golf, mini golf, marinas, fishing, boat/ jet ski/ bicycle/ e-bike/golf cart and scooter rentals.

The condominium association charges a $100 registration fee upon check-in (Separate from owner and VRBO fees). They require all guests to check in at Tower 3 office upon arrival to receive rule book, parking information and a parking pass. If you check in after 4 p.m. on Saturday or on Sunday, you must register with the office on Monday morning.

No motorcycles, RV's or trailers allowed.

South Seas Club
Gated, secure, meticulously manicured grounds featuring royal palms, hibiscus, and other plants. Grounds are perfect for walking or jogging and taking in the flora and fauna. Fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts, bocce, putting green, shuffleboard, corn hole, resort style heated pool, bike racks, barbeque grilling area and picnic tables, ping pong/table tennis, chickee huts, outdoor showers & foot wash, bicycle rack. Direct beach access. Kayak/SUP racks. Boat docks on Clam Bay available for lease.

The Beach
Enjoy Marco Island's world-renowned beach with its fine white quartz sand (never too hot) leading to the warm, gentle surf of the Gulf of Mexico. With miles of beach, it is never overcrowded. Fishing, birding, & some of Florida's best shelling. Frequent sightings of dolphins, osprey, egrets, burrowing owls, and other wildlife.

The condo is the closest to Tigertail Beach which offers a paradise for photographers, birders and shell collectors. Tigertail is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail and one of the best birdwatching sites in southwest Florida featuring over 60 species. Tigertail also has a children's playground picnic area and restrooms.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place used towels in the bathtub. No need to strip beads. Please ensure the sliders are closed, lights are shut off and door is locked. Return keys to Horizon rentals. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Immediately report any damage no matter how minor. If anything is not working appropriately, please let us know right away.
No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, candles, open flame, matches, lighters or incendiary devices.
No unregistered guests. All guests must register with the office in Tower 3.

This was a very nice unit. Appreciated all the kitchenware and appliances. Directions were very easy to understand. Owner communication was excellent! Thanks for the tips and suggestions. Our stay was wonderful! Spent every moment we could at the beach collecting seashells.

My parents spent decades searching throughout Florida for the perfect spot. They found it at South Seas on Marco Island. We have spent 30 years vacationing there with our children. Now we would like to offer you the opportunity to make memories here that will endure for a lifetime.

Why they chose this property

We offer the best of both worlds. If you want activities - South Seas is loaded with all kinds including a putting green, pickleball, tennis courts, bocce, shuffleboard, corn hole, etc. South Seas offers more opportunities for activities on site than any beachfront complex on Marco. Or you can just kick back and relax at the pool or the beach. Our condo is close to great restaurants and Veteran's Park where the farmer's market is held in season.

What makes this property unique

The condo is on the second floor so you can easily walk up and not have to rely on the elevators which travel to 18 floors. Easy to exit in the event of a fire or emergency. Faces Tigertail and away from all the other condos for reduced noise and light pollution.
