Casa Paz - Historic Home Walking Distance to Pearl

Relax in this mid-century modern historic home. Filled with little details for great comfort. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the spacious and peaceful front yard in the heart of the city. The home is a large duplex where the entire first floor unit is yours.

This property is walking distance to the Pearl Brewery and it’s fantastic restaurants. It is also a quick ride to the Riverwalk (5 minutes) and San Antonio Zoo.

The guest will have complete private access to the front and side yard of the property which is fenced

We will be available any time of day and night. We prefer texts for normal conversation or calls for emergencies

Tobin Hill is an amazing neighborhood close to it all in San Antonio

We recommend Uber/Lyft to the main attractions or walking to the Pearl

Parking is on-street with a total of 5 spaces. Two spaces in the front of the house and 3 spaces on the side of the house. Please make sure to park not facing towards traffic.
