Apartment on the second floor, WII-FI, air conditioning in all environments, apartment facing the pool, with 2 balconies, one with barbecue, screen protection on the balconies and windows, for safety of our small, mosquito screens in all windows; window glass folding on the balcony to ensure the barbecue even on rainy days, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), 2 private covered parking spaces, 1 kiddie pool and 1 adult; (2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with two beds attached, and can transform into king bed. The region in which the property is situated is eminently residential. Gigantic leisure area for children in front of the building, plus a special space for your pet; a Minimercado near the property, sushi bar, restaurant in kilo and 2 ice cream shops. The site is served by urban public transport (bus). Beautiful landscape of hills covered with native forest.7 people counting kids and babies
