The property is in a location with lots of greenery and beautiful scenery in the most beautiful regions of the mountainous region of Rio de Janeiro. Itaipava has several trendy restaurants and is a reference in gastronomy, has several decoration shops and clothing. The condominium has tennis courts and a ballroom.
