Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage. Located on a street frequented by pedestrians, and still has city conveniences. The home is located close to popular restaurants, and has easy access to SR 315 and I-71. Quickly arrive in downtown, OSU campus, Historic Worthington, Short North and more. Steps to the Overbrook ravine with loads of wildlife and tranquil settings!

2 comfortable bedrooms with closets, dressers, and televisions. You will see a nearly constant stream of runners, walkers and bikers using the street, because there is less car traffic here than the perpendicular streets.

You will have a full fenced in back yard, and access to the whole home. The garage is not included in the rental.

Great stay here - the house was everything as described, and Brian was a very accommodating host, with extra touches like offering an early check-in, leaving some bottled water in the fridge etc. Will definitely check this property’s availability for our future needs!

Everything was clean! Photos are accurate, and the space is well decorated, welcoming, and comfortable. Kitchen had adequate cookware and dishes. There was a full complement of spices. Washer and dryer worked. The fireplace was cozy. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood with a lot of walkers - felt safe. Host is very communicative and responsive. Good price for the space. I'd definitely stay again.

This cottage is great! Everything you could need is provided. The host was super responsive to any questions we had. This neighborhood is great. We went for a walk everyday.

Absolutely Perfect!

From start to finish, our experience with this VRBO property was exceptional! The booking process was seamless, communication with the host was prompt and friendly, and upon arrival, we were blown away by the cleanliness and charm of the accommodation. The location was perfect for us being close to OSU to visit our daughter! Every amenity we could have needed was provided (soaps, towels, first aid kit, feminine products, coffee, sugar, tea, … etc), making our stay comfortable and stress-free. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Very clean!

Super cute home. Very clean. Had a lot of extras if needed. And thank you for not skimping out on the hair dryer! Bed was pretty comfy. The fireplace was cute and heated up the room quickly. Good location in a safe area. Good breakfast spots very close by.
