THE SPACE

Our luxury vacation homes in this resort feature 14 bedrooms, private bowling alleys, free play arcade games, private pools with pool-side TVs, and wall-to-wall TVs in the living room for the ultimate viewing experience, home theaters, but that’s just the beginning!

There are 12 rooms with king beds; 1 room with 1 full-over-full bunk bed and a single full-sized bed; and 1 room with 1 full-over-full bunk bed and a single full-sized bed, for a total number of beds: 18. The house sleeps up to 36 people.
Experience the perfect home theater night with the 4k 120-inch LED TV screen in the spacious living room with premium quality audio-system that can entertain your guests with the most immersive viewing experience.

The open-concept living room space and massive Kitchen Island with additional chairs provide ample room for your group gatherings and quality meals together, with the kitchen fully equipped to satisfy even the most discerning chef. Enjoy the sunshine in the large private heated pool and spa with resort-style sun loungers and seating. If you prefer outdoor cooking, use the private family BBQ grill next to the pool for a fee.

Indulge in your own private bowling alley with two lanes and a range of other games including pool table, air hockey table, basketball hoops, water truck, arcade games, and more, perfect for bonding and creating memories with your loved ones. Enjoy movies on the large TV screen in the home theater on the second floor. The house’s unique theme and amenities were featured on TV by Fox 35’s David Martin and Paging Mr. Morrow.

Other amenities include two refrigerators, two sets of full-sized washers and dryers, and free Wi-Fi and internet.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

* POOL HEATING/HOT TUB: Cab can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $ 60/day. Must be informed 48 hours before the check-in date. Please keep in mind that since the Hot Tub is connected to the pool they do not operate independently.

POOL HEATING FYI:

* The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.
* It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its maximum set-up heating temperature.
* The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature.
* The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi.
* On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.


STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, one toilet roll, and 1 trash bag; in the kitchen: 1 dish detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel, 1 trash bag. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.


HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will be provided before check-in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
