A great vacation home, just outside Disney World.

We were at this home for a week with our kids and grandkids (8 adults and 7 children). It worked perfectly for us. Great pool and spa and "theater room" with free Netflix all got heavy use when we were there, and all Disney World attractions are literally 10 minutes away. The pool enclosure works particularly well because there is a large, shaded outdoor "room" where the adults could sit and watch the kids in the pool. The house is on a small lake in a very safe neighborhood and pretty setting. We found the owners to be extraordinarily responsive and helpful with our questions. We have stayed at similar vacation properties in Florida in the past and rate this one very highly.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY - BIRTHDAY VILLA

I chose to rent this beautiful villa for my 50th Birthday Celebrations, it did not disappoint. I can go as far as to say, it was certainly the best villa we have ever stayed in. It was much larger than we thought, we had plenty of space for everyone, the kids loved the Movie Room and the Pool. We loved chilling out in the huge Summer kitchen. It was very clean and superbly appointed. I could not have wished for more.

Our family had the most fantastic stay in this property. The location really is the very best, only a few minutes to Disney and only a few minutes to some great restaurants, catering for all tastes and prices. If you prefer to eat at home, you are spoilt by the variety of Supermarkets to choose from, these are also, only minutes away. The Property is huge and very well maintained it has everything you can imagine and more. The pool area is spectacular and very private overlooking a gorgeous lake. The whole family loved our experience in Formosa Gardens, we would thoroughly recommend this property and can't wait for our return next year.

SIMPLY THE BEST

We choose this Villa for our family reunion in July, mainly because it had 9 large bedrooms, a huge outside pool and deck area, a cinema and the furnishings looked beautiful. Upon arrival it did not disappoint, in fact the photos did not do it justice, it really is the best Villa we have ever stayed in. Our family of 16, ranges from 8 years old to 80 years old, yet everyone had the most fantastic time, we spent the first week in the theme parks and thankfully chose to relax for the second week in the villa, we only wish we could have extended our stay. It is so well equipped and spotlessly clean, it is exactly as described and I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. The bonus is it is so close to Disney and just around the corner from some excellent restaurants and supermarkets. Without doubt one of the best locations we have ever stayed in.

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay earlier this year. It was very clean and tidy for our arrival and the furnishing were exactly to our taste. The weather was fabulous for the entirety of our stay, we probably used the outside Summer Kitchen and pool more than any other area , the kids loved the slide, everything about this outdoor area with such a large pool made the stay extra special. The house had all the amenities as described and is in a great location, only minutes from some lovely restaurants. Overall, we would be more than happy to return to this property again and highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a great stay!
