THE HOME
Recently remodeled and updated inside and out — all new appliances, luxury mattresses, bedding, and linens throughout. Start the morning with coffee on the open-sided lanai as the breeze comes off Star Lake, then cook for the whole crew in a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a triple breakfast bar; the dining table seats 10 more. Two separate living areas give teenagers, grandparents, and everyone in between their own space to land.

Afternoons belong to the pool deck: swim the 45-foot pool, soak in the jacuzzi, and watch the little ones in the splash pool from the shade — the dedicated pool bathroom keeps wet footprints outside. As the sun drops, fire up the gas grill in the summer kitchen and eat lakeside at tables for 16, then rack up a game of pool under the cabana while the kids take on the putting green — or bring everyone together for a film on the 120" screen, stretched out in Italian leather recliners.

At the end of the night, retreat to the grand master suite with its Roman tub and private pool access, while the rest of the group spreads out across five more king suites, a queen room, and two twin rooms — most with their own 65" to 70" smart TV.

World-renowned as the closest prestigious community to Disney: the Walt Disney World Resort entrance is 2 miles from your door — Animal Kingdom to Hollywood Studios, two water parks, and Disney Springs. Universal Studios Florida, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, SeaWorld Orlando, and Discovery Cove are about 16 miles up the road. Downtown Orlando's Church Street restaurants, nightlife, and the Amway Center sit 30 miles away, with Kissimmee Lakefront Park (18 miles), kayaking at Shingle Creek Regional Park (12 miles), and Fun Spot America (15 minutes) for days off from the parks. Orlando International Airport is about 24 miles.
