Exceeded expectations!

We had a wonderful stay! My family loves the beach however we fell in love with this beach home!!!! An absolute five star! Plenty of room to spread out and have your own space, high-end appliances, three comfortable living rooms and comfortable beds to end your evening! Hope to be back again next summer!

A Quick Family Getaway

Our family of five enjoyed a wonderful Moody Beach getaway here. The house is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The kids especially loved the game room, and we all enjoyed the views of the ocean and marsh. We look forward to returning for another stay in the future.

The house was very spacious and in wonderful condition. Enough space for family of 5 plus my mom to stay and spread out. Short distance to beach as advertised. Will definitely try to stay again next summer!

Best place to stay in Moody Beach!

Perfect! I plan to visit again. Spotless home! The living room is lovely and inviting to relax and watch a movie. The Host was helpful throughout my stay, always available to answer questions.

Amazing location, water views and luxurious home

Our family had the best vacation this past week! The home was beautiful, super clean and new, very comfortably furnished and even nicer than in the photos. We loved the water views and hearing the waves while having coffee on the porch. The house was perfectly located to enjoy our walks along the wide sandy Moody Beach, with entrances only a short 5 minute walk in either direction. We loved exploring nearby Kennebunkport, Ogunquit and Portland as well as surfing lessons at Footbridge Beach. We hope to come back next year. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home!

Lovely house

We were very impressed with this house! One of the first things you notice, is how clean it is inside. It is decorated beautifully…very welcoming and comfortable. The house has lots of areas to be together, or not. It is well appointed…the kitchen had everything you need for cooking and set up perfectly. The amenities were well thought out…and the added game area is a great fun touch! Definitely recommend.
