This three level home sleeps twelve, has private access to Moody Beach which you never have to leave the beach even at high tide and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The first floor is an open concept kitchen and living area. The fully-equipped and updated kitchen includes an island and seating for twelve. The spacious living area with queen sleeper sofa has many windows overlooking private Moody Beach. The upper level contains a full bath and three bedrooms. Watch the sunrise from the master bedroom with queen-sized bed and private deck. The lower level has a queen bed and two twin beds along with a full bath and washer/dryer. There are also sliding doors, which can be used as a separate entrance. Outdoor amenities include an outside shower, beach-side picnic table, grill, and chairs for relaxing on the front deck. All the comforts of home are included!
