This home is ready to welcome + ensure you have the best photos for your family + friends to admire. The main bedroom has a 7’ soaker tub perfect for two. Take a dip in the picturesque geometric tile pool + jacuzzi or enjoy the 5’ fire feature from the jacuzzi or outdoor seating area. You deserve to live your best life even if you have to do a little remote work when you stay here (yes we have a printer + paper for you too.) The home features a water softener system + an alkaline water faucet in the kitchen. Each room is equipped with a Sonos ERA 100 speaker to play your favorite tunes.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bed + sheets: you’re on vacation. Don’t worry about striking them. Casita room: please make sure to turn off the AC/Heater unit using the white remote if it was turned on.
Backyard: Store umbrellas, cushions, pillows etc all back into the white bins. Leave the backyard as you found it. Trash: Place all your trash into trash bags and then into the large trash bins.
Doors + windows: please close and lock all doors and windows prior to leaving. Towels: please hang them so they can dry. My cleaning crew will do all the laundry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
