Completely renovated inside and out! Construction finished March 2016. Everything is brand new, and no expense has been spared to transform this house into a comfortable and luxurious desert oasis. Daily stresses will quickly fade in the salt water pool or spa, tanning on the lounge chairs, or chatting around the fire.Watch your favorite shows or games on the 65 inch television. Catch up on much needed sleep on amazing beds. Enjoy a whole house filtered water system. Wake up to a delicious cup of coffee freshly brewed in the Keurig. No matter what your idea of enjoyment is, you can find it at Casa Sonora.

DISCOUNT GIVEN FOR 30 NIGHTS OR MORE STAY.

*** Handrails installed for pool & spa
*** CHILD SAFETY GATE IS AVAILABLE FOR AROUND THE POOL. Upon demand, it will be put up for your stay at no charge.

Heating the spa is included. If you'd like the pool heated it is an extra charge of $60 per day.

This is not a party house. 8 people max are permitted at the house at one time. 4 cars maximum may be parked. No music is permitted outside at any time in the City of Palm Springs, and no noise after 10pm. This is strictly enforced. Any and all fines issued by the City will be guest's responsibility. If rules are broken owner reserves the right to evict guest immediately, and no refund will be given.
FOR RESERVATIONS OVER 30 NIGHTS, the no music rule does not apply according to the City of Palm Springs.

This property is great for a family:) We had children ranging from 3 to 14 and everyone was happy. It was clean and organized and super close to downtown. Christina was very communicative and offered to install the child safety gate around the pool which gave us peace of mind. We loved our stay and would come back in the future!

House was perfect for a low key girls weekend. Enjoyed the pool and patio but beware of the concrete getting VERY hot. It was nice to have pool floats and towels. Beds were really comfortable. Less than 10 minute ride to many of the popular (and excellent) restaurants. Christina was super responsive to all my questions.

Peaceful Retreat near exciting downtown Palm Springs

We were a family of seven - five adults and two children - and we found Christina’s place well suited to our needs. Her pool was so refreshing and the spa was wonderfully hot. When the spa heater broke down, she had someone out there within hours to fix it even though we told her it wasn’t a problem for us since it was our last day. The neighborhood is quiet and calm, and just a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. Her home is well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable; a huge bonus since I’ve definitely stayed at some places with less-than-ideal mattresses. Overall, we felt we wanted for nothing and loved the vibe outdoors. I mean, there were constant hummingbirds visiting her backyard and orange trees giving off the sweetest smell when we arrived. Really lovely property and owner.

This was a perfect home for our family to meet for the holidays. Nice living space for us to cook and enjoy each other’s company. The outdoor space was like visiting a resort! Beautiful landscaping! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit!

Great family holiday!

Sonora Sunrise was beautiful. My family (grandmother, and two sons with their families) stayed at Sonora Sunrise for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was perfect - the house has four large bedrooms, which gave us all the separate space we needed. We spent all day every day in outdoor space and the pool (definitely get it heated in the winter months!). Christina was SO helpful and communicative - she made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay with friends

We had a great getaway here. My wife and I went with some friends for a low key weekend of lounging, drinking, eating, swimming, and more lounging. The living room area was very accommodating and very comfortable with plenty of cushy seating. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the large dining table, which means we also spent a lot of time making food in the kitchen and on the grill in the backyard patio. The host, Christina, was incredibly accommodating from the get-go. She ensured we had a clean, comfortable, pleasant stay the entire time. She set up a pool gate for no extra charge to keep the kiddo we had with us safe. We even had an issue late one night where one of the smart thermostats started beeping loudly — she was there within 15 minutes with plenty of new batteries. Couldn't have asked for a better place or host. Would definitely come back!

Casa Sonora is family owned. We love Palm Springs and wanted to create a luxurious getaway equipped to compliment anyone's needs and desires. Our inspiration was a private villa in a 5 star hotel sure to be enjoyed by all.

Why they chose this property

After looking and looking for the perfect house, we stumbled upon this one while on a walk. We knew we wanted a house in this area because it is not in the windy zone, there are no electric lines running through the yards, it is away from the flight path, and the views and location are excellent. It is convenient to Downtown Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and the Coachella Valley. Restaurants and stores are minutes away. The Parker, Ace, and Saguaro hotels are all super close, and always fun.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefit with this house is that it is all brand new. Renovation has just completed, and all luxuries have been added to make your stay enjoyable.
