Located on Monkey Island in the gated community of The Reserve at Grand Lake, this 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom home features a fenced-in backyard with a patio, comfortable furniture and beds and 3 smart TVS with access to Prime, Hulu, Netflix and Max. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Short walk to Tera Miranda Marina and the Quarterdeck Lakeside Restaurant with it's open-air concept. Short 5-7 minute drive to Shangri La Resort and Golf Course.
