The property itself is comprised of a main house and two separate apartment suites - each furnished for standalone comfort - making this a great option for a holiday shared with friends or an extended family.

While you'll enjoy easy access to nearby beaches and attractions, you may find it hard to pull yourself away from the private courtyard-style pool surrounded by lush tropical foliage and outdoor lounge areas.

The main home features a beautiful blend of hardwood and tile floors, including Saltillo tile throughout the primary suite and patio. The renovated full kitchen boasts a gleaming mirrored backsplash and a full suite of stainless steel appliances that are sure to inspire impressive culinary creations. A living room smart TV and a sunny reading nook offer flexible home comfort and entertainment.

Each apartment is also outfitted with Saltillo floors and updated furnishings, including beautifully renovated bathrooms. The ground-floor studio is equipped with a smart TV, a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a work-from-home setup, along with ceiling fans and a mounted mini-split air-conditioner. The second-floor apartment features a one-bedroom layout equipped with a smart TV, a full kitchen, and central air-conditioning.

Large house w pool ideal for large group
The size of the house w cottages was perfect for our large group that traveled to celebrate my husband’s birthday (no kids). The house itself was a little run down (clogged drains, terrible bathroom fixtures), but it was fine. The most annoying thing was the washing machine that was broken, which itself was fine but the washer was pulled out enough from the closet it is in that the door only would close about halfway and stuck out into the kitchen (we tried but were unable to push the washing machine further back in the closet). I was expecting better for how much we paid. Neighborhood was walking distance to some bars and restaurants, which was great. But the neighborhood is also adjacent to some rough parts of town with some unhoused/drug addiction issues.
