This home is two separate units (each one is 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms). It is perfect for families or small groups given it's proximity to Downtown, The Convention Center, and the Airport.

The property consists of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathroom. The home has a 2 washers / dryers, 2 full kitchens, and a private backyard area with patio for lounging.

When you arrive at the chain-link fenced property, there is ample free parking around the property on Mercer Avenue. Walk up to the front of the home to find the front door and take a left to get to the unit door. The property is protected by RING camera and security.

You use a keyless keypad to enter the home. Type in the code and you walk up 10 colorful stairs to enter the unit.

HOUSE RULES:
No Local Guests (City or Suburbs)
Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am
Minimum age of 25 to book
Any stay over 15 days requires a Mid Stay clean at $40/hr

Small Pet Fee (Under 20lbs, no shedding) - $100
Large Pet Fee - (Over 20lbs) - $200 and subject to host approval.
If the pet sheds, than we will require an additional $150 refundable Security deposit.

There is a NOISE MONITORING system within the home to track decibel noise level. Please respect our neighbors and do not get too loud outside quiet hours :)

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.

Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! we provide all these things. We also provide you a "starter-pack" of toilet paper for you and your group.

Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either..

Q: Luggage Drop-Off / Storage?
A: If you do not have flights that coincide with our check-in and checkout times, you may store your bags in the home for check-in starting at 1pm. For check-outs, you may keep your bags in the space until 12 noon. If these storage times do not help, you may use BagBnb to store your bags for your optimal time :)

Q: Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.

Q: What about parking?
A: We have two parking spots for you on the property :)

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

Q: What's my total booking price?
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don't actually control this.

Q: Are the beds comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!
