Located directly on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, just a few steps away from the beach newly remodeled apartment with modern and elegant taste that sleeps up to 5 guest. Beautiful views of the boardwalk and ocean from the living room and bed room. Memory foam mattresses in the master bed and also in both sofa beds. All brand new appliances and latest model av equipment. Building is a quant small 9 unit building, Building has a common area with tables, umbrellas and chairs for the pleasure of people watching and gathering.

In 2012 my mother and I bought this property after vacationing in it since the early 2000's yearly. We are locals with live and work near by and every summer we would move along with my daughter to this beach jewel and would commute and extra 20 minutes to and from work, but would come home and wake up to the most relaxing scenery that we call our condo today. Shortly after purchasing it we completely remodeled it. Every painting and piece of furniture was personally chosen from the heart by either my mom or myself in order to make this our second home. We named it Elizabeth's Hollywood Gem after my beautiful daughter who inspired us to purchase it as she has greatly enjoyed this place since birth.
Why they chose this property
We choose to purchase this property because of the charm that is Hollywood Beach. Both my mom and I have traveled to many beach towns in and outside of the US and few can compare to the vibrant charm of Hollywood Beach.
What makes this property unique
The boardwalk is directly outside the building gate and an excellent place to people watch and exercise. You can see avid runners and well as elderly people just trying to get their move on. This boardwalk can motivate just about anyone. There many bike rental locations within walking distance and the specifically designed bike path is great.
