Nice home. Loved the location, was great to be able to walk Old Town Cottonwood and visit Jerome, Clarkdale and Sedona nearby. Beds were comfortable and we liked the size of the kitchen and eating area. Really appreciated Cory's quick responses to text messages, impressive.

Great house, great location!

This was nice house that we could feel comfortable in. It was clean and decorated very nicely. The location was perfect as it is only a block away from all of the historical downtown wineries and restaurants. We would stay here again.

A Perfect Union

Had a wonderful time during our two night stay! Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars, wine tastings, and shops. Property was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stayagain!

Weekend Getaway

The home was so much roomier than it looked! It was open, cozy, and slept us all comfortably, including our little pup. Home is perfect walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and wineries nearby. Our host was responsive and friendly. Loved the stay!

Perfect place in the perfect spot

This is my 2nd time staying here and I couldn't love it more. It's clean, comfy and roomy. The location is perfect to walk to oldtown (literally steps away). Host was very helpful as well.

This property was in the PERFECT location! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go the entire weekend! Cottonwood is such an adorable little spot & we will be back! Loved the fire pit in the back since it got chilly at night!

Fantastic for a girls trip!

The property was absolutely perfect for our group. It was clean and super cute! They really maximized the space. The beds were super comfy and the area was pretty quiet, despite being one block away from the Old Town strip. Very well located - we walked everywhere! 10/10 would stay again!

Beautiful house in an excellent location

This house has everything you could want to make your stay excellent! We loved the outdoor space , the well stocked kitchen, cozy beds and linens! The location to town was amazing! We spent time hiking in Sedona and did a wine tour so we were so close to everything. The host was so responsive and helpful!

This is a charming older home with a great location. The house has been updated and is well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the ability to walk to the shops and restaurants. The communication was great and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy and comfortable

Great location and nice place. Located seconds away from Oldtown Cottonwood. Stayed for a weekend getaway and this was the perfect spot. 15 to 20 minutes away from Jerome and Alcantara Vineyards. The house was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was responsive and made booking and staying super easy.

Great location and lovely home

This house is a block from Main Street in Cottonwood, a charming little town - close enough to Sedona to visit but doesn't feel like a tourist trap. Stayed there with friends and we each had room to spread out with our own indoor and outdoor spaces. Kitchen was nice. There was no shampoo or soap in the showers so bring your own, but they had everything else you'd need. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for us. Location excellent. Old Cottonwood house beautifully renovated and decorated. Only recommend another mixing bowl and mirror in front bedroom. Could use game table in small room before exiting to patioHighly recommend for 4 adults or family with children.

Music Wine & Dine!

We came to kickoff my husband’s retirement and included two friends to join us. The house was perfect for our getaway! The house is in the perfect location to walk a block to old town Cottonwood for music, wine and dining. No worrying about parking, just walk right out the door. We loved the decor and there was plenty of space to relax and spend time in the surprisingly spacious kitchen and living area. We had a perfect trip! I highly recommend this rental. We will definitely be back!

This house is the perfect location with SO much space from what you think. It might be a TARDIS. No complaints on anything. FYI: no complaint at all, just reality, if you are staying in the basement, make sure you don’t go to bed early if you are sound sensitive. You can hear every step on the first floor by anyone still up and moving. Secondly is the second to last step at the bottom of the stairs is a hair taller than all previous stairs. So, if you’ve been drinking, just keep it in mind.
