Modern Condo steps to the Beach

Soak up the sun at Asbury Park's beautiful mile of sand and water which has been drawing surfers, swimmers, and sunbathers, for centuries. When the beaches close, rest up and get ready to enjoy the best nightlife the Jersey Shore has to offer!

Our cozy apartment features the sound of the ocean waves, a 5-minute walk to Convention Hall, and modern living. The Asbury Bear Den is your home-away-from-home at the Jersey Shore!

This cozy 2-bedroom condo features a modern kitchen, a sprawling sectional, smart home technologies and accommodates up to 4 guests. All living spaces are located on the second-floor of the building with external stairs leading to the front of the building. The space includes an open-concept living room, dining area and kitchen, including a coffee and espresso bar. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and the second bedroom provides a queen bed with one (1) full bathroom near the bedrooms. Unwind after a long day at the beach with streaming on the Smart TV or dancing along with the Sonos sound system.

Enjoy the privacy of your own home away from home. Guests have access to the entire condo which is accessed from the primary building entrance. The building is home to two (2) other apartments where our family resides; if you need anything at all during your stay please let us know and our family can assist. We also provide four (4) season beach badges for the Asbury Park beaches for use during your stay along with four (4) beach chairs.

We offer one off-street parking space in the front of the building. The boardwalk and beach are one block away, with convention hall a short 5-minute walk. Electric scooter rental pick-up and drop-off area is on our block for a fun ride over to Cookman.

Condo is just as pictured. We had a great time in Asbury Park and one of the main reasons was because of this very comfortable and well appointed condo! It’s conveniently located which was a huge plus and allowed us to walk most places.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this condo is. The apartment itself has everything, is stylishly decorated and has many thoughtful touches. The Asbury Park Bear Den was the best vacation rental we've ever experienced! The condo was very clean and very well equipped. It's located within easy walking distance to the beach/ boardwalk, Cookman Ave for restaurants and shopping, and the dog beach. The hosts provided great information and recommendations about restaurants and things to do. Will definitely stay here again, we needed more time to explore this great little beach town

Apartment is really nice with very comfortable couch and beds. Loved the Nepresso coffee and snacks. Good toiletries and nice towels. Only woujd ask that you install black out drapes in second bedroom. Overall Very pleased

Asbury Park Gem!

Our stay at this Vrbo property in Asbury Park was more than we could have ever hoped for. The place was decorated so beautifully, and was sparkling clean. We loved the attention to detail including the cute coffee bar. The TV, sound system and special ambient lighting was amazing! It is located a couple quick blocks from the Asbury Park boardwalk but not close enough to hear any noise from the Stone Pony concert events or other loud bars or restaurants on the strip. The dog beach is also very close which was a huge plus for our pup. We highly recommend it and hope to stay again in the near future!
