Great place for family vacation!

We had a wonderful time at the Blue Beach Haven. The pool was awesome. I was a bit disappointed that the house wasn't on the beach, but it turned out, it was only a five minute walk to the beach. The house came stocked with linens, towels and beach towels. There was plenty of space for our family reunion and my 86 year old father was able to take an elevator to the living space. What could be changed:

Enough room for everyone!

The house was a perfect location with a short 5 min walk to the beach or 5-10 min drive to restaurants or shopping. The bigger grocery stores are across the short bridge, roughly 10-15 min drive but lovely shops along the way. The house provided enough space for our combined family of 10 without any feeling of crowding AT ALL. Beds were comfy, living room & dining had enough seating for everyone and the pool and patio were perfect with enough space for everyone. The outside shower was a must coming off the beach and the elevator was perfect for move in, move out and grocery haul! Oh and the office space near the bar was great and very useful! Definitely would stay here again!

Excellent House to stay in

Would highly recommend this house rental. Very spacious and updated. Everything was clean when we arrived. Pool is a great addition to the house! We had a group of 14 and had plenty of room, short walk to the beach. Made our visit to Topsail well worth it. Would stay here again for sure! Thank you for the great rental house!

The perfect house for our family vacation.

The Blue Beach Haven was the perfect home for our multiple family vacation. We had plenty of space for everyone. The home was clean and in a great area that was conveniently located to everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked and all the extra's provided was a great addition. The elevator was an amazing addition to get groceries and luggage up the multiple level home. Even though were were one road off the beach, the beach access was so close and convenient. We spent many hours in the pool, which was a great addition. We would definitely book this house again, if we come back to the area.

Great fit for a variety of ages.

Positives were the pool area was very nice and also offered shade, the beach was an easy walk, and the layout of the house was great. It was well suited for ages 5-70. The elevator was good for my older mother, but it often got stuck on other floors and someone would have to go reopen and reclose the doors to get it to go again. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work. We notified the property manager but no one ever came to fix it or offer to bring ice, so we had to buy it all week. There also were some dirty glasses hanging in the bar area that managed to attract ants, so we had a small stream of ants for the week, even after washing the glasses. Other than those few things, we had a lovely time at the beach.

Melissa had documented that when you reached out during your stay, you mentioned the icemaker issue wasn’t a problem for you, so it wasn’t marked as a priority at that time. That said, it has since been repaired, and we truly appreciate your understanding. I’m also very sorry to hear about the dishes. Occasionally, a previous guest may put away items that weren’t thoroughly cleaned, and on a fast-paced Saturday turnover, our team doesn’t always have time to check every single dish individually. We rely on the assumption that if dishes are put away, they’ve been properly cleaned by the prior guest. We’ll remind our teams to stay extra vigilant moving forward. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve.
