Such a wonderful cottage! Centrally located to everything on the cape, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. I love the fenced back yard and that pets are welcome (even though I had to leave my dog at home, this trip). The host was quick to respond to my questions. Definitely recommend this beautiful, vintage cottage for your stay!

The place was a good location and nice and quaint for 2 people with a dog. The back yard was not kept up as one wound expect and the dining area table and chairs need to be replaced along with countertops and toaster oven. The master bed is totally uncomfortable and also needs a new mattress...if those changes are made I could easily recommend the place to stay.

We had a fantastic week at the cottage with friends, family, and our dog. The house was small, but the space was used very well and decorated nicely. We loved the fenced in yard for our dog and the outdoor shower was lovely! We would definitely stay again!

This property was perfect for us. The host did a good job representing this property online. We were familiar with the area and it was easy to get around. Bonus fenced in yard and patio area. We had a great vacation.

Cape getaway

This house was perfect for my family and my dogs. The house was very clean, comfortable and cozy. The yard was fenced in and had an outside dining area with grill and fire pit. Close to shopping, beaches and mini golf. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and family-friendly Cape Cod cottage! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing week away. The fenced-in backyard was absolutely perfect for our dogs. They were so happy to be able to roam and relax safely while we enjoyed the outdoor space. The outdoor shower was perfect after long beach days, and the location made it easy to explore 4 different beaches throughout our stay. Communication with the hosts was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from booking to check-out.Highly recommend this rental for families (especially those traveling with dogs)!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay! We’re a family of five with a dog, and the accommodations were perfect for us. The fenced-in backyard had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.As noted in the listing, be sure to bring your own linens—including pillowcases—as well as beach and bath towels. They provide beach toys and chairs! The location is ideal: just 15 minutes from Mayflower Beach and 5 minutes from great coffee spots, restaurants, and more.One of the things I appreciated most was the direct communication with the owner rather than a property management company. She was quick to respond with local recommendations and just as prompt when we had questions about accessing the cottage via the keypad lock.For the price, amenities, and location, this rental is absolutely worth it for a Cape Cod getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at this home! It was a perfect location for our family, which included teens, and the home is accurately portrayed online. Tremendous responsiveness from the homeowners was a huge bonus. Remember, this is a beach house. While the home has been well loved, the owners have added a variety of DIY decor touches that really make it cute. (Looking at you, barn door.) The outdoor shower really helped offset the singular, tiny indoor shower, but that might not be as fun during the off season. Both showers have awesome water temp and pressure — like, jet powered! Loved it!!!The owners were gracious when we accidentally left the outdoor table umbrella open overnight, when high winds sent it crashing into the glass table, completely shattering it. Thankfully, we were able to find a comparable replacement quickly using FB Marketplace.Pro tip: the back yard has trees perfectly situated for hammock hanging. While the home doesn’t have a dishwasher, the owners have thought of everything to pre-stock the home, so they had paper plates, etc., on hand for us to use until we bought the supply we needed for our full stay.Besides, it’s vacation. Go out to eat or get takeout! Giordino’s, nearby, was great, and Seagull Beach fit our needs perfectly. Thank you for everything, Kara!

This renter notified me at 9:30pm on a Saturday night that there was an electrical issue. I called multiple “emergency” electricians in the area, but none were able to get to the house that night. Eversource was at the house at 7:30am the next morning and when that didn’t fix the problem, an electrician arrived at 8:30 am and had the problem with the fuse box wiring fixed by 9am. I have documentation to confirm this timing. I apologized profusely for the inconvenience and even had our friendly neighbors offer them coffee on Sunday morning. Unfortunately old houses sometimes need things fixed. This was resolved very quickly.
