Castello Di Barbarano - Country Villa Hospitality

Since 1986 the estate of Castello di Barbarano opened its gates to all guests who desired a different kind of vacation offering tranquillity and beauty in an environment of historical past and art.

The Marinoni family intends to provide an environment suitable for each guest to find pleasure and relaxation.

The guest accomodations are offered in a seventeen hundred historical building, internally restructured to offer all modern comforts, separate from the main Villa. The guesthouse includes four suites, each having its own full equipped kitchen, private bathroom, one or two bedrooms.

Most of the windows have a view of the wooded park and garden, a panoramic view of the entire valley surrounded by smooth hills called 'Berici'. The medieval walls, that surround the estate, enclose an oasis suitable for relaxation and meditation.

The Marinoni family, who owns and operates the estate, offers a very warm welcome, in a familiar atmosphere.

Guests have complimentary access to Wi-Fi, protected car park, historical garden, washing machine, outside tables and chairs, fireplace for barbecues, bikes for discovering historical villas around and beautiful nature

Antique Italian Fortress

This is a beautiful location and facility for a relaxing stay in northern Italy, with good access (by car) to Vicenza, Padova, Venice, and other beautiful areas. The part of the residence we stayed in was old, but well furnished and clean. We wish we had had more time to enjoy the beautiful grounds. The hosts were pleasant and communicative. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends.

Nice visit

The property was nice and lying on a beautyfull spot. The hostess was very kind. There were a few things missing or demaged, but most of them were repaired the day after asking for. We can advise everyone to visit it.

Beautiful setting in the quaint town of Barbarano Vicentino and in the Colli Berici. The drive to Vicenza took approx. 30 minutes that is where my family lived, hiwever, we were fortunate with beautiful weather, so the driving wasnt an issue.

Eine tolle Anlage, entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wer ausspannen möchte und Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. In unserem Apartment fehlte leider ein Backofen, aber es gibt ja noch die "Sommerküche". Diese konnten auch von uns genutzt werden. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Ein Ort zum Träumen

"Castello", das klingt schon nach Geschichte und Geschichten. Historischen Flair atmen Haus und wunderschönes Gelände. Der Blick ins Weite ist ein Traum. Vor Ort findet man alles, was man braucht. Selbst Gluthitze lässt sich hier gut überstehen. Einfach schön.

Wunderschönes Aussicht

Castello Di Barbarano liegt oben auf den Hügel bei Barbarano Vicentino. Das Aussicht über den Weinfelden und den Hügel rundherum ist sehr schön. Der Garten ist sehr gross und herrlich um Stunde lang zu geniessen von dem Stille. Es gibt viele ausgesetzte wandeltouren, wo man schon ziemlich ins Schwitzen kommt. Nach Vicenza ist es nur eine halbe Stunde Autofahrt, aber im Dorf bei der Enoteca, kann man sich auch sehr gut verwöhnen mit Apéro oder Cappuccino.

In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Der Park ist ein Traum. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Der erste Eindruck vom Anwesen war bereits der Beginn eines fantastischen Aufenthaltes. Man fährt durch ein Eingangstor in das Anwesen herein. Auf dem Anwesen hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Vicenza (nächstliegende Stadt) ist ca. 25-30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. In der Gegend vom Anwesen hat es ausgezeichnete Restaurants. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant Aqua Crua. Eher im höherem Preissektor, jedoch ist es jeden Cent wert!! Die Unterkunft können wir nur weiter empfehlen.

Une location de rêve dans un cadre enchanteur. Un confort parfait. Un accueil excellent. Et le tout au coeur d'une région passionnante, en particulier pour les amateurs d'architecture (et plus spécialement de Palladio). Hautement recommandable.

Nette Gastgeber, wunderschönes Domizil

Kurzfristig hatten wir uns entschieden, dem nassen Wetter hier in Bayern zu entfliehen und fanden noch eine freie Unterkunft im Castello di Barbarano. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Dame des Hauses empfangen und sie zeigte uns alles. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön und lädt dazu ein, mit einem Glas Wein am Abend unter einem Nussbaum zu sitzen und zu träumen. Fußläufig ist der kleine Ort zu erreichen, in dem man alles findet, was man braucht, Bar, Eiscafé, Supermarkt, Pizzeria... Die Lage in den Colli Berici eignet sich wunderbar für tolle Ausflüge, sei es zu Fuß, mit dem Auto oder mit dem Fahrrad. Vicenza und Padua sind immer eine Reise wert. Vielen Dank, liebe Familie Marinoni, für die schönen Tag! Wenn es geht, kommen wir gerne wieder!
