~ THE SPACE ~
Welcome to “Blue Peach,” an elegant coastal cottage offering four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and accommodations for up to ten guests, located in the gated community of Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach. This thoughtfully designed home blends relaxed beach living with upscale finishes, showcasing a soothing palette of coastal blues and soft neutrals throughout.

The main level features a bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area highlighted by crisp white shiplap, high ceilings with coffered beams, and carefully curated coastal décor. The living area offers two leather sofas, club chairs, and a large wall-mounted Smart TV, creating a comfortable space to gather after a day at the beach. The dining area seats six to seven guests, with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a KitchenAid gas range and dishwasher, French-door refrigerator, and natural quartzite stone countertops, making it ideal for family meals or entertaining. A conveniently located half bath is tucked just past the stairway on the main floor.

All four bedrooms are located on the second floor, offering privacy and a quiet retreat. The spacious primary king suiteincludes access to the second-floor balcony and a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a Taj Mahal quartzite vanity with dual sinks, capiz seashell lighting, a garden soaking tub, and a separate glass-enclosed shower. The adjacent guest king suite includes its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Down the hall, the queen guest bedroom is filled with natural light and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom featuring a specialty quartzite dual-sink vanity, capiz lighting, and a tub/shower combination. French doors from this area open to the expansive second-floor balcony, which includes chaise lounge chairs and a charming bed swing and is shared with the primary suite. Across the corridor is a custom-built guest bedroom with two full beds, also connected to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A full laundry room with washer, dryer, and dehumidifier is located on the second floor. Every bedroom in “Blue Peach” is equipped with wall-mounted Smart TVs, allowing guests to log into their favorite streaming services.

Step outside to enjoy a beautifully designed outdoor space just off the back door. The patio features a dining table with seating for eight, café-style string lights on a timer, a propane grill, and four Adirondack-style chairs on the open stone patio—perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. The outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off after a beach day or a ride on the included 6-seat gas golf cart.
