Unit 403, The La Vista Mar is an sq. ft. lovely two bedroom, two bath, top (4th) floor condo with a million-dollar gulf front view. The welcoming powdery white beaches of Okaloosa Island entertain our guests both day and night; feel free to take a starlit walk along the beach. Located in the Aqua Villa complex, this modest twenty-four-unit building is known for its atmosphere of camaraderie and friendship among its guests. The emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are visible whether standing poolside or cooking at one of our complimentary barbecue grills. La Vista Mar e directly overlooks the pool.

La Vista Mar e has a master suite with an electrically adjustable queen-size bed that sleeps two, a TV, its own large walk-through closet, and a full-size bathroom with full walk-in shower. The master suite also has a modest view of the Santa Rosa Sound and the occasional boat traffic there. The second bedroom has a magnificent view of the beach, has two double beds that sleep four, a TV, a full closet, and easy access to the second full bathroom with a bath and shower combo. You can also utilize the sleeper sofa bed (sleeps 2) that is in the living room. A 55-inch TV in the main living area. And check this out, La Vista Mare has its own washer and dryer compliments of the house! No need for the community pay machines. We provide our guests with linens and towels. If you like to cook, for your convenience La Vista Mare also offers a fully equipped kitchen with an open view. The Gulf is visible throughout!

- No third-party bookings are allowed.
- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Due to Severe Allergies, there are absolutely NO animals or pets of any kind allowed. (With the exception of a registered service dog.)
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.
- 2 vehicle max occupancy.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies):
Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 60ml bottle of dish soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 packet of coffee grounds, 5 coffee filters, 4 sugar sticks, 4 creamers (2 French vanilla and 2 original), cleaning wipes (15ct.), 3 trash bags, and 2 laundry pods.
Full Bathroom(s): 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 37ml bottle of shampoo, 37ml bottle of conditioner, 37ml bottle of body wash, 37ml bottle of lotion, hand face bar, massage body bar, and makeup wipes. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Spices condiments are not provided.
